I was very impressed with Madison Manor, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was a good size and very clean, the bathroom had everything we needed with toiletries provided daily and the beds were also turned down on a daily basis. The air conditioning worked well. The hotel is in a fantastic location in a lovely part of Toronto, close to transport links but also still walkable to downtown. The only slight issue was noise from the pub next door but this only happened once and didn't really impact our stay.

Really cool building with amazing mazes of staircases, high ceilings, and eclectic antique wooden furniture in the rooms. Bed was very comfortable, shower was great, clean linens, excellent air conditioning control, in-room delicious coffee and fridge were perfect. The location was perfect for moving our daughter into residence at the university. Parking was great with lots of availability.
Friday and Saturday nights it will be noisy outside until 2am at the Madison pub right next door as it's a very popular university spot!

Beautiful building, super friendly staff, great room and bed, amazing location.
Yes there is a (student)bar next door but we slept through it and it is a bar with a nice rooftop which throughout the day is very nice to have a drink or snack!

The location, good to walk to Bloor Street, and other places
The Bar next door is incredibly loud, and noisy- I was on the ground floor, and could hear the heavy doors banging all night and drunk people shouting and screaming up to 3.30 in the morning.
