Location amazing. No breakfast option. Car parking scarse but brilliant safe and reassuring. Staff really do their best to assist/helpful/kind.
Electronic checkin bit strange. Although cleaned im sure- very old /old fashioned fit out. Doesn't inspire confidence room wise. Feels dirty not great for baby. Only went to get head down for sight seeing trip. So didn't mind. In UK such accomodation would be far cheaper. Happy there was lift though really run down scary. Would still recommend for a one night quick stay.

We liked the balcony area and ease of check in.
The beds were extremely firm. Our tv also didn’t work. There were no actual people visible at the property, so we didn’t bother telling the lady in the kiosk. Also, the parking garage is incredibly small. There were a few spaces but they’re hard to get into. It’s very tight. Also, isn’t secure.

The location is perfect, and FREE parking , that's rare in SF. The view from the room was very nice. (305)
Noisy during the night, young guys coming in and out of rooms in the middle of the night. We called at 4am the reception to which he replied he would check on the security cameras. Moments later we called back as no change, he said he sees them going back to their rooms.. this lasted hours and nothing was done.
Check-in experience at 15h00 was terrible, only a machine could check us in, customers ahead of us had trouble, resulting in over 30 min wait.
Bed is not comfy, and blankets are basic to say the least.
Shower is crap, and there is NO SAFE in the room.
