Very clean, bed was comfy.
Whilst there was a fridge and a microwave, there was nothing else at all. No cups or kettle even to make a hot drink.

It was just what I needed, a clean room with a bed, as well as a fridge and microwave, for the night. No complaints. The property is well kept with pretty flowers and the sunset was lovely while I ate at one of the picnic tables.
Please include more than one towel. Even though it was clean I'd rip out the carpet to help get rid of the slight damp, musty smell (it's an old motel) and replace it with hard flooring. It would go a long way, and be easier to clean.

It was very clean and had been newly painted, the flooring was new as well. The beds were very comfortable. The towels were new and clean. The room was large.
We would have liked to have enough towels for everyone, which was requested before we arrived. As others have stated, there was only 1 towel for 3 people. Also, there was no HOT WATER!! I mentioned it to the staff, but nothing was done about it. The room was also very dark - more or better lights would have made it better. The bathroom door did not have a lock on it, nor would it latch. There also was no hangers and the office did not have any, so no place to hang our coats or other items up.
