Location is excellent, especially for going to a Padres game. Petco Park is right across the street. It's easy to get in and out of the hotel. Not too much traffic (except on gamedays). The view from the higher floors is amazing.
Some of the rooms do not have refrigerators, believe it or not. We asked if there was supposed to be one and they said not in our room, but they could bring one for us. They never did. The parking is way too expensive, but the valet service is very quick and the guys are very pleasant. In big hotels in the US, it's really just unacceptable to have double beds instead of queen beds. The room was huge, but the beds were small. If you're traveling with children and have to share beds, a queen bed is much more comfortable.

No fridge, only valet parking - no self parking / garage. Valet is $70/night which seems to be around average or just above average for the area. Small TV and TV was inside the cabinet in front of bed, could potentially have been on the wall and fridge placed where TV is. Outdated shower-head, still decent but expected better for the price.

The staff was amazing. I had an innocent with a driver harassing me for more money and wanted to follow me to the room. The staff approached us and refused him to follow me to my room for my safety and protection. They are wonderful for their guest for our safty. I would stay here again!!!! Highly recommend

Good location. Near many restaurant choices.
Staff were friendly and accommodating. Roof top bar was fun.
Room could have been cleaner. Bathroom was not as clean as it should be.
Plumbing issue with bathroom sink. Vent issue causes bubbling & gurgling from our use & adjacent room(s) use. This is a continual problem. Same thing a few years ago when we visited. Not a deal breaker but annoying.
