We enjoyed our stay here because the staff were always friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and I liked that it had plenty of drawers and closet space to unpack and get comfortable. I also enjoyed the large bathtub. The fitness room and pool area were nice and clean. We used the free shuttle throughout our stay and it always ran on time and the drivers were very nice. Although we didn’t bring our dog I loved that it was a dog friendly property and seeing all the happy dogs.
I would have liked a reading light by the bed and the shampoo dispensers by the tub as well as the shower.

Great location. Away from Coronado but the half hourly shuttle bus throughout the day was most welcome onto taking ten minutes to the centre. A great addition to the services offered by the hotel
Quite noisy between rooms. May be because we had one with an interconnecting door?

Staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of there way to help guests
The DJ at the pool, I go to a pool to relax not listen to a relentless loud beat; resort is showing its age; beach was closed due to contimination. A youth retreat was happening while we were there - unsupervised youth does not make for a pleasant experience.
