The location was really nice. It was a most needed vacation.
I did not like not having the room I reserved before hand and then having to move to another room the following day.

Cleanness, breakfast and pool.
We arrived at 4:30 PM, but our room was still not ready, even though check-in begins at 4:00 PM. After waiting about 25 minutes, we were told one room would soon be available. There was also confusion about our reservation—the receptionist insisted we had booked a resort-view room instead of the bay-view room we reserved. She only acknowledged the correct reservation after I showed her a screenshot of the booking.
