It is by a main road and close to many points of interest as well as restaurants and shops. The furnitures in the room may be a little outdated but no big deal. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable covered with clean linens.
The air conditioner location is odd. It is by the kitchenette/sink area instead of the bed area.
