We loved absolutely everything! It was quiet, cozy, and clean. Good parking. A wonderful location. A fantastic stay. If we are ever in Monterey, we’ll come back here again!
Perhaps the only thing I would suggest is adding light curtains (sheers or blinds) to the ground-floor windows. Otherwise, I have no complaints at all.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful.I also liked that the hotel was located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
The hotel is very close to the airport, and the planes fly very low,so the noise was especially noticeable at night.The hotel is old and needs some remodeling.The closest doors were broken, and there was no hair dryer in the room.

Great central location to everything. The water gets hot quickly.
Their pictures make it look much nicer than it actually is. The windows are old single pane and difficult to open. There is no AC, just a ceiling fan and box fan in the closet. It got very hot in my upstairs room. I had a balcony but was blocked from using it. The toilet is too tall. It was very uncomfortable to use. I’m 5’10” and I was on my toes while sitting on it. The shower head is very low. I didn’t have to use the heater but it looks like the original system from when the building was built. I don’t imagine it works well. The tv was oddly placed in the room. Made it difficult to watch. I was unaware beforehand they require a $100 hold for room damage.
