Bodde här första gången för 20 år sedan då var det ett topp hotell med en förstklassig restaurang . Men nu har det förfallit mer och mer varje gång vi stannat på hotellet och någon restaurang finns inte längre.. tråkigt

Eso sí barato.

Solo la.ubicación, el cuarto es grande y no está mal, pero estaba algo sucio, y por fuera muy muy sucio.

Lo sucio que está y que pedimos otro edredón y hasta se.moleataron por qué dijeron que ya no había y les dije pero lo necesito pueden ver y se enojo la chica de recepción. No servía el teléfono de una de las habitaciones y de la.otra estaba envuelta en una bolsa el sensor de humo creo. En fin no fue tan cómodo...

I will not book this hotel again until Red Lion shows some love to this particular property

The room was fairly clean. Linens and floors were clean.

Curtains had been burned at the edges, and did not meet in the middle. Walls had been poorly patched and painted, tiles in bathroom had cracks and ceiling above the tub looked like mold was growing where they had patched it and there was no closet. We used the ironing board leaning against the wall next to the couch to hang up our clothes. The bath tub had several deep chips that were rusting.

I wish I would of gone somewhere else the price was not that cheep for the stay my room had no microwave either

It was close to we’re I wanted to go beach

The bathroom door is barn door broke had to watch my bf take a shi!!! and it listed breakfast no breakfast it was dirty hair everywhere and the Wi-Fi was slow a heck no cell service

Big room and location

No microwave available, the fridge was too small and staff never went to clean our room when requested by putting the sign on door handle that said SERVICE NEEDED. Not even once. Bathroom door was sliding barn door style and had about an inch gap from wall. I think we paid a lot and didn’t get good services.

It's okay but nothing special.

Excellent location, very convenient to get there, parking for cars is convenient very close to the room. Clean inside, good plumbing.

Not hospitable hotel employees, indifferent, not friendly, did not even really say hello, just gave the key without looking at me. I'd like to see more warmth and hospitality.

Entered our room, there was sand an long dog hair literally everywhere. Called into the office waited 20 minutes, called again then was told their maid was new an didn’t do a good job. They came an only swept the front of the beds. Had to get a broom and do it myself an wet a towel to mop the dirty floor with it. Paying 548$ for two days they should really make sure the facility is more clean

Location was good. That’s about it.

Dirty floorboards and filthy corners in bathroom Shower did not function properly Discarded hotel furniture and trash bags stacked in corners of hallway Drug deals and people sleeping in cars in parking lot No window screen on window that opened (first floor) Pool closed for maintenance but no warning of this before booking or at hotel desk Crazy pricing for a run down and dirty hotel Floor boards in room buckling and installed poorly with giant cracks TERRIBLE internet service

Comfortable

The people who maned the counter are friendly and helpful. The roomy room, and quiet. The bed is clean and comfortable.

The bathroom door does not fit with its track. There is a patch on the bathroom wall that cracked.

Our stay was excellent. We didn't have a remote for the TV. The staff at the front desk said she couldn't get a person to deliver the remote control until the next day

I didn't like the housekeeper knocking on my door before checkout time. He knocked on my door at 10:40AM

Not a place we will recommend or stay at again.

We chose this location because it was centrally located.

We paid for queen beds, but they were NOT queen beds, they were Full. The pool, jacuzzi & restaurant were all closed, and those amenities being available were the reasons why we chose the location. The wifi was horribly slow and kept kicking us off. The bedskirts had “white goo” on them. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. An alarm went off in the bedroom at 4am. The room where coffee was served was locked, and the telephones didn’t work.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at: unsafe, no heat or hot water. Beware!

First room had mold, broken door latch, and heater was not working. Not to mention, a male housekeeper tried to enter the room when we had the “do not disturb sign’ hanging on the doorknob. My daughter was in the shower at the time. We switched rooms and the 2nd room had no hot water. At that point we checked out of the hotel after 1 night. We could not stay 2 more nights under those conditions. Booking.com has reached out several times to get my money refunded. The Manager, Manuel is avoiding them. I will call the hotel corp office to file a complaint.

We enjoyed our stay, didn’t have daily maid service but staff was accommodating giving extra bath and pool towels.

Convenient location, frwy close to Pacific Grove and stores in Sand City. Short drive to the wharf, cannery Row and the Aquarium.

The jacuzzi needs some work done, missing tiles, cleaning up of leaves, glad we were able to use it and it was open!

I liked the location which was excellent and the room was clean as expected.

I didn't like the restaurant not being in service. That was one of the convenience of the hotel I liked.
