Discounted good, full price, not good.

It was in a great location, had nice pools and hot tubs. The kitchen area was nice with plenty of amenities.

The front door was not very secure with a weak locking system. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. The tub drain backed up. The toilet would periodically run and wake us up.

On the water but the room was not really clean and outdated completely. Parking was minimal.

Liked that the property was on the water. Property had an indoor pool and a separate spa. Big outside spa. Liked that the place had an elevator and an ice machine.

When we got there we had to use a code that was way to long to get into our room. On arrival we opened the door and the floors were soaking wet… not damp absolutely soaking wet. We grabbed the tiny towels that are provided and had to wipe up the floor. When we lifted up the towel it was black showing that no one actually washed the floor just put down water and walked away. The outside and inside of fridge was dirty. The beds were either caved in or felt like you were leaning to one side when laying down. Finally the door only has a small latch up top no dead bolt to secure yourself inside.

It is a awesome vacation spot, we will be back!

It was a perfect fit for me and my family. The space, the kitchen having all you needed from wine glasses to pots and pan to cook with home away from home. Getting new towels and washcloth wasn't hard. They have onsite security at the pools and around the building at all times. We walked down to the ice cream and hot dog shop. I wish we could have stayed longer.

I enjoyed everything.

No help no accommodation nor resolve for the room. Offered to clean it myself they told me they had no linen

Property and customer service disgusting. Doesn’t look anything like anything advertised online.

Soon as I arrived horrible service!!!! Inspected room and beds were disgusting. Found bug in pillows. Representative was nasty and nonchalant

Wonderful hotel it just has minor problems.

The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing.

One of my rooms door did not lock and was easy to open without a pin at times (816), refrigerator was making noise a lot but not too loud. (610) pin pad was dead when we arrived and could not get into the room at first but maintenance came and helped thankfully.

I had a great stay and will stay at your facility again.

The room was very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the location was great. The amenities were fantastic. All of the staff that I met were polite, friendly and very helpful.

The 10 digit door lock entry code was ridiculous! A 4or 5 digit code would suffice. I have never in my 64 years encountered an entry code that long and difficult.

Overall, nice clean facilities & rooms, also excellent location & price.

The property is in an excellent location right on the beach. Good price on the one bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean.

Some of the staff were rude. One lady at the check in counter on Saturday afternoon was fussing about our kids being on the furniture in the lobby. Also, the cleaning staff were very pushy about checking out. Staff knocked on the door twice a little after 10am while we were bringing luggage & family out of the room. A little bit of a grace period to check out would’ve been nice. A few water bugs were hanging around the pool area in the evening. May need to spray the area really good to prevent bugs.

beach front, hot tub, parking garage, location and the room I was in this time, this is my 2nd stay, and I probably will be back

tolet, messed up, float in the tank. all the fees the city of myrtle beach puts on the room cost.

I like the location and the indoor outdoor pools and hot tubs with easy access to the beach. Also like the covered garage to be able to park out of the sun.

I didn't like that the only ice machine is located on the 5th floor with elevators that take forever! And that there are no towels offered for the pool area. You have to bring enough to last your stay or spend your vacation doing laundry. Also didn't like that we had to slam our door shut because the kick plate at the bottom of the door was more than half an inch longer than the opening. We reported it to the front desk but no one ever came to fix it!

Relaxing weekend

Awesome location. Several pools. Very friendly staff. The hotels area stays lit up really well at night. Per friendly.

There wasn’t a lot to not like. The building itself could use some upgrading but it wouldn’t keep me from staying again.

It was great family vacation we have been coming to this same hotel for 5 years we love it :)

Love the pools and love how close you are to the beach it’s amazing

Some of the other guest but nothing I can do about that And roaches I don’t like them.

The view was amazing the hotel was pretty decent ! Our room was clean.

We paid $1,382.89 wish was to much for the room

Fund roaches, air conditioning was not cooling enough to close to the trash area we were trying to get a new room but front desk manager did not help us out, I request it for pets friendly, they were not taking pets not more then 40lb while my staying at the hotels saw dog huge dog their polieces was not strictly by the rule

Decent beachfront stay for a weekend.

BEACHFRONT!!! Basically paid to stay in front of the beach and have the convenience of just walking with no worries about parking. The room was big enough with a full kitchen (but couldn't find pots), and normal size fridge with working ice maker.

The exterior can have a hand of fresh paint, it looks dirty and walls in the balcony were like grey instead of white. The mattress were super hard, like not comfortable at all.

We would not stay here again.

The pools were nice. The location was good.

The rooms were very outdated. They had a terrible odor and the air conditioner didn’t cool the room enough.
