Overall our stay is always pleasant. We will stay at this location in the future if possible.

Every thing was clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating when we called to let them know we would be in town a little earlier than expected and they allowed us to check in an hr before their normal check in.

We can’t rely on bell hop when we arrive because they are always so busy that our luggage doesn’t always come to our room when we need it. We always end up just carrying everything ourselves.

Fast in and out.

Room location was fine - with a sliding door that opened toward the Ferry building.

The room was not a clean as I expect - the wall boards, especially in the corners, were dusty. Very noticeable in the entry and bathroom areas. There was hair in the bath tub. Makes me wonder what was soiled where I could not see. The mattress was old/lumpy. The pillows also need to be changed out - very uncomfortable.

Really loved the hotel and the staff. Great location and a lovely place to land!

Room was great, clean and roomy. The location of the hotel was so convenient for sightseeing, the train, cable cars, etc. Staff was great!

$80 per night for valet parking seems extreme. We pulled in on July 14th, stayed 3 nights and never used the car until it was time to leave on the 17th. But props to the valet guys, they were great!

I hadn't been to the Hyatt Regency since I was in high school in the 80s for prom . I was pleasantly surprised, and the room was so comfortable and beautifully modern period. We had an excellent stay, and we're already talking about going back. The whole vibe of the hotel was peaceful.

No food available after 10 pm, and no room service.

Fun but pricey hotel for a vacation stay!

Room was not ready--we were a bit early but another room for $30 more a night was.

Lose facilities fee--we never used any of the things we paid for.

Very good

My king bed room with balcony overlooking the bay. Great location for getting to boat, scheduled for July 4th bay cruise to see the fireworks and celebrate with food and drinks.

No Problem for my 1 night stay.

Clean, elegant, good location

Outside staff (near family drop-off) was rude. As if not doing valet parking is a crime! Also, when asked for a blanket, they took two hours to respond.

My stay was amazing. The building, architecture, and facilities were out of this world!

The building itself was very nice and clean. I was amazing to walk around in. Facilities were still open till late at night and even being able to use the gym at 1am was pretty surreal.

Sometimes the elevators would not work or take you to the wrong floor. Just trying to get to your room's floor can be a pain, especially if it is high up.

Totally disappointing stay. Not a H.yatt

the location and the view from the room were great

When I returned to my room I found the pillows of the chairs, the glasses have been taken away but never replaced and the towels as well. The entire room looked like someone started cleaning it, but never quite finished. Upon check-out, the receptionist apologised and informed me that someone will contact me to discuss the matter. It is now one week later and no one has reached out. This stay was a total disappointment. the room had dirty walls and the entire room was in desperate need of a refurbishment.

My last visit at this hotel, time to try one of the many more the city has to offer.

Location

Struggled to get the key to work for my room, had to walk all the back down to get a new key after waiting in line. Just to have to repeat again after key didn’t work the second time. Security never met me to check it out so did it again for a third time. I actually wanted a refund, think next time I’ll try a different hotel since I don’t pick my rooms based strictly on price alone.
