Didn't even stay at the property. Still charged in full for a stay that didn't happen.

Poor front desk management. Poor internal communication. Poor handling of wedding room block movement/awareness. Poor communication with 3rd party booking company.

We booked a king room and they gave us a room with two double beds because they said it was completely booked up even though we had a reservation

Very good

As always, the staff is great. They are friendly, helpful, and professional. It is a comfortable facility.

The only downside of this visit was getting moved to the 3rd floor. They are doing some unannounced renovation on the first floor. Since I have some mobility issues, the 3rd floor is not a good place for me as having to walk down 3 flights of stairs in an emergency is not safe. I am usually given a first floor room. Which I much appreciate.

Great spot for our trip south.

It was perfectly located for our trip south. The restaurant on premises was good and made getting dinner after a long drive.

We had experienced a horrible stay with another hotel a few weeks prior…not a Courtyard Marriot but a reputable chain.

It was CLEAN! Always a priority and Courtyard Montvale delivered!

Excellent hotel. Highly recommended

The hotel was surprisingly good (given the score that we saw on booking). The staff was great and helpful, the room was spacious and very clean. The shower was also very good and spacious. Overall it exceeded our expectations.

We had breakfast included with our rooms (2 rooms). We weren’t aware that the number of breakfasts didn’t match the number of guests (4 breakfasts (2 per room) for 5 guests). It’s not a buffet.

Very nice overall

Breakfast was acceptable ,beds were hard and tough on bad backs in my opinion.

See above regarding beds. Would’ve like more room cleaning service we could have asked for it. Fresh towels would have helped at minimum.

Beautiful hotel, very nice stay

I liked the couch in the room. The bed was very comfortable.

I didn’t like having to pay for parking. When I checked in they did not tell me about breakfast or the facilities.

Nice hotel but they need to make sure they have enough coffee.

The location, the room was large and spacious.

They ran out of coffee on a Sunday morning. How do you run out of coffee. Especially after a wedding the night before, we needed coffee.
