The room was UNCLEAN and filthy. There were stains on the pillow case and there were rappers on the floor. I would not take my shoes off because of how dirty the carpet was.

Just DO NOT GO THERE

Nothing. The property is in livonia but very sketchy. We were in town for a funeral and it was literally the worst place i ever had to stay.

Well let’s see. I had a room with a jacuzzi and the rooms are not well lit. The furniture looks like it was brought from a thrift store. The Jacuzzi had hair in it and it was dirty. The latch on the room door was broken off like someone kicked it in. There was no blanket on the bed. There was no useable wash cloths. On top of that we PAID for a late check out on sunday after staying up for the repass and had multiple people beat our door down and it’s really a shame this property is even offered through booking.com. I never had an issue before before with any place like this

I like nothing about this hotel the rooms was nasty the outside is nasty my TV didn't work the refrigerator didn't work or the microwave

The absolute worst hotel/motel I’ve ever stayed in.

The location of the Hotel/Motel was good.

The room was terrible. The bedsheets were actually curtains. The bathroom was dirty and had an exposed ceiling. The room smelled like smoke and the pillows had a strong smokers stench to them.

Night manager seems like a nice enough guy

Rooms are never cleaned, office said they would refund and they didnt. Every single piece of furniture in the room was broken. Shower didnt work. No clean towels or toiletries. Giant urine and blood stains everywhere. Still fighting with them for a refund. Giant piles of trash outside. I looked in a lot of other rooms there and they all are the same- everything broken and nothing has been clean. If you like pubes and old pizza on greasy sheets this is your place
