The property was very well maintained. The unit that I had was absolutely lovely and I had no expectations of a steam shower. Steam showers are the most amazing thing ever especially if you’ve had a long hard day of driving. It was wonderful. I was looking for a place to stay in Palm Springs that was reasonable since I was going to be busy with a 90th birthday party 20 miles away. I researched it. I read all of the reviews. And the reviews were glowing. And now I know why because my reviews are glowing also. I had a full kitchen a living room, a dining room, two bathrooms, a wonderful, comfortable, king-size bed and the icing on the cake was that incredible steam shower. I booked an extra night so that I wouldn’t have to drive five hours home after the event that I was attending and I could not be more pleased with my decision.
I cannot think of one derogatory thing to say about that property. I would go again in a heartbeat if it was a little further one direction or the other, it would be a done deal. But I am either going south of Phoenix or to Los Angeles and when you get to Palm Springs, you start feeling like you’re getting close to home or the Hairdresser.

Location close to stores and food. Room had everything you could need. When asked for a new blow dryer cause rooms was broken they came to replace it.
Cleanliness could have been better in room. Patio outside of room was messy in front of entrance door. Over flowing trash cans near our stairs. We didn't receive any house keeping.

Great looking property well maintained
The suites are dirty, housecleaning needs to be inspected on quality of work. 1st room we were given was not turned down and made at all then when I went to the front desk I was informed housecleaning was gone for the day and we had to hope another available room was clean. Got to the 2nd room which appeared clean until my boys walked around on the floor and carpet area for about 5 minutes and their feet were pitch black
