Pleasant 2-night stay

Super convenient at a great price. This is not a fancy or plush property, but it has always been clean and quiet with the amenities I need for the 5 times I've stayed here.

I honestly have no criticisms from my recent stay.

Avoid like the plague...

The staff was kind and it was easy to find.

The facilities were incredibly dirty, dingy, and disgusting honestly. The drain in our shower looked like it was growing something. The exterior door key scanners were broke so all the doors were propped open (unsafe) and the one wall of our room was all mirrors. The beds weren't bolted to the walls, so they moved. There was no actual bed side table, just a shelf between the beds. The electric outlets had no covers on them. There was no vanity in the bathroom and there was no closet. An absolute disappointment as I normally love Wyndham branded facilities. Do not recommend and would not use again!

This property needs work in cleanliness.

Check in and out was easy. Staff were pleasant (not friendly). Parking was plentiful and close to door. Room was quiet.

Towels were stained. Top sheet had stains. Cushion on window seat had large blobs of dried paint. One wall had large dried stains - looked like ketchup (or blood) draining down the wall and other smaller dots all over the wall. The TV remote did not work, forcing me to leave my room and go down to the front desk to get a replacement (no phone in the room). Going down for breakfast at 6:45 AM (had to leave by 7:00) - NO COFFEE. I didn't have time for a new pot to be made.

Would use this place in a pinch, but many other options available near by.

Place needs some repairs and upgrades. (Shower, carpet, door catch was broken, breakfast was somewhat weak and not everything worked - no decaf coffee, etc.

It was adequate.

That was fine

The location was making improvements to rooms but the room I had was 234 and seemed to be in process There was no working exhaust fan in the bathroom and the heater / ac was in bad shape and hard to adjust.

Worth it!

The staff was always friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which was perfect for a good night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The room was clean and spacious, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a great stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Chester. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

Nothing can come even close to this place in terms of providing the comfort and cleanliness at an affordable price. The place is well maintained by awesome people. Definitely worth every cent.

My stay at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Chester was excellent. The lobby was impressive, with modern decor and comfortable seating. The property was well-maintained and conveniently located. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful stay with great service and facilities.

Convenient, Clean and Friendly

Close to West Chester University. Easy access to main road. Easy check in. Staff friendly and helpful.

There was no room service each day. Usually they come in and make the bed and refresh towels but that never happened between arriving Thursday Pm and leaving Sunday Am. I did ask for clean towels at the desk and they were traded out with me.

Wonderful Place.

Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Chester offers great value for the price. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Overall, it's a the best place for a perfect stay.

Not clean, TV had lines going down screen, sheets stained, shoes stick to floor, very disgusting. Told front desk and they just said “sorry.”

Perfect Stay!

The staff here are by far, the friendliest I've ever encountered at any hotel in my life. My hotel was very clean. We had plenty of warm blankets, which is sometimes an issue at other hotels. Everything was perfect.

Location was acceptable but manager and facility need attention.

Dirty and not well maintained. 1st room had dirty sheets and second was clean in comparison but common area had not been vacuumed is some time. need to focus on housekeeping.

Maximum comfort

The people were nice and helpful. It was a quiet area. The bed was comfortable.

There wasn't a phone in the room. We had to move the microwave to a different place to plug it in to use it, also the coffee pot. The floor felt sandy. The shower seat was too low.

Enjoyed it!

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds. Good AC. Loved the Bed. Breakfast was nice and the staff was very helpful. Special shout out to lady at the front desk who checked us in and was extremely helpful. Thanks to all to all for a lovely stay.

Great Place!

Great bed, clean, Great breakfast. Everything was great for what they had for a hot breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean. Front desk very friendly. Solid accommodations would definitely stay there again.

The place was ok for one night, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The breakfast was extremely basic.The place looked fresh on the outside, but worn and tired on the inside.

I tried to call the front desk, only to find out that the phone wasn’t attached to any wires. There were no wires. I used my cell to call the front desk.

Nice Place!

Excellent Hotel, Very Clean, the staff are very professional, very nice. A Perfect stay for the week. From the check in process after a long day of flying, to the day-to-day care, and great location, we loved our stay.

Cheap stay with the accompanying downsides

It was pretty close to West Chester and the price was relatively cheap. Maybe this also explain the issues below Staff was super nice and friendly.

Maintenance is an issue as well as cleanliness. Aurcobdition was falling apart. Smoke detector was missing to name the mist important and the bed sheets we were not sure whether they had been washed.

very rudely greeted by front desk staff, would not accommodate requests or give consistent answers as to whether early check in/late check out was an option. loud music played in lobby by front desk staff.

Definitely Worth!

The place is extremely comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and has excellent customer service skills. She was very quick to solve the issue I had. She was extremely helpful, organized, friendly, and personable. Because of her in particular, I would definitely stay here.

We had a king room. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and they welcomed with a courteous smile and a zeal to be of service. The comfortable bed was excellent. Would stay there again! And would recommend!
