This place rendered me homeless they took all of my money and I have yet received a coin back I paid $275 canceled within 24 hours they kept $75 and we're supposedly sending me back $200 as a refund I've yet to received anything this was the absolute worst experience that I have ever experienced and I think there's something more that booking.com should be able to do to reimburse my funds faster there's no reason for me to be homeless when I have the money to pay for my stay I'm really thinking about getting an attorney and sue this company and the hotel if I don't get my money back expeditiously

Considering the area the hotel is in the premises of the location was well kept and safely secured. Also almost all staff was very professional and respectful of customers.I especially enjoyed the young lady with red curly hair at front desk.

The dark skinned manager with glasses and dreadlocks was absolutely terrible and rude. She has no customer service etiquette.

Bugs in room, no door to bathroom, bed uncomfortable, sheets had stains had to go buy new ones, my car also was broken into if I could have got a refund I would've left asap, never seen a stayable suites this disgusting

Never again! Even if it’s the last standing building.

dirty, mold covered pull out couch, rusted light stands and microwave, bathroom vent fan extremely loud as well as running the shower, no one running the front desk after 6 pm to where all communication is via text, outdated, bugs (roaches) , Pool closed at 8 pm, check out is between 9am and 11 am which means you won’t find anyone in the officer before 9 am to check you out, photo ID requested to be sent via text.

It was a terrible decision to book this place, the room was horrible , the service was pathetic, the receptionist was super super rude . tThe whole place was dirt, the room smelled very bad

The worst I have ever experienced

Nothing about this hotel matched the description as posted on Booking.com. When checking in I had a confirmed booking for a ADA compliant room (1st floor), however the hotel clerk assigned us to a 3rd floor room, when asked about it he said the manager changed the booking...without explanation. We stayed one night, when we went out to pick up our rental car and we returned to our room we found a major water leak. The room had not been cleaned and when my wife asked about some clean towels at the very least, she was told to use the laundry to wash them herself. When I approached the hotel manager about the water leak, she said she would have one of her maintenance staff look at it, he came up and said the best he could do was dry the floor the best he could and come back later to check to see if he could find the leak. I then requested to have us assigned a different room, since the room we were in was not livable, she declined saying that since she had assigned a maintenance person to look into the issue, that she was not "Obligated to do anything else!! When I then told her that because of the condition of the room was vastly sub-par and that her and her staff's attitudes were so bad and the room assigned to us was not livable that we felt that we could no longer stay at this hotel, she told us that there would be no refund for the 6 additional nights left on our booking/reservation! Imagine it, being assigned a room that is basically unlivable and one could say on par with slum conditions and told no refunds.

Everything, the one night we stayed a major leak occurred. The management refused to put us into another room. forcing us to book into another hotel and denying us a pro-rated refund for the days we did not stay. My wife was told that if we wanted clean towels we would have to wash them ourselves. The hotel is in the process of renovation and was in disarray. In my opinion this hotels' description on Booking.com was fraudulent! I am going to report them to the Government Agency (State of Florida) in a attempt to force a pro-rated refund.

Did not stay.

We did not stay there. We canceled the reservation as soon as we arrived. It was in a very bad location. The rooms had a bad smell. The ac did not work in one of the rooms. We checked out right after going in the rooms. I am still waiting on a refund. We booked 4 rooms but did not stay in any of them.

I would probably stay here again. But definitely know you’re getting what you pay for.

definitely affordable. beds were pretty comfy. room was spacious with a full size fridge and freezer

pool water was greenish, exterior was more than a little rough around the edges. bathroom was clean I think but was stained/damaged in ways that made it look gross.
