Our room was sufficient for what I booked and my husband enjoyed using the gym. The location was perfect for what we had planned and the staff was very nice and helpful
Our room was sufficient for what I booked but the feather pillows were extremely flat, the towels were very scratchy and the wifi never worked. We stayed in two rooms for 6 nights each and only requested room cleaning twice during the week; we ran out of toilet paper and coffee pods and had to request additional when they were not replenished during our cleaning days. Additionally, I booked the stay through booking.com and the on site staff was unable to give me our Hilton points when we arrived despite being promised 1000 points by someone named Annabelle (500 points for each room we reserved). I would still like the points awarded to my husbands Hilton account at his email: jjminden@gmail.com

Absolutely beautiful rooms, staff ready to assist, close to Central Park.
Would love room service, breakfast + light meals. Noisy street/roadwork during our stay and gridlock due to UN meetings, upper floors or inside facing room would be quieter, and plan taxis early.
