Worst place I have ever seen.

Literally nothing

We showed up and immediately there was someone screaming outside of the office to check in at im assuming the owner. This place was entirely deceiving from the pictures online. It was a dump. We went up to our room and hadn’t even used our key to get in the room the door was already open!! So many bugs everywhere, not to mention the bedding looked so gross. I wouldn’t wish staying here on my worst enemies. The worst part of everything was the smell. My hair smelled so bad after being in there for 5 minutes if even. We didn’t even stay the night and booked it out of there. It got to be a safety hazard.

I hate the fact that so many things need to be fixed and from My understanding no one cares. The employees who work a this location gets all the heat from their guests because they would love to make their guests visit very comfortable but it's out of their control. Cooperate has been called several times about really important things like most of the rooms having a toilet back flow problem. Most of the showers will not cut off completely, which has created mold growing on the walls and the ceiling in my bathroom. But what really sadden me was when i saw this handicapped person struggling to come down the stairs with their riding motorchair. They got down safely with the help of others but it took them a very long time. Apparently the elevator had been broken for about 2 months prior. Fortunately i got a room but it was on the third floor because i was needing a week. But later, I found out that the nicer rooms are on the front side of the hotel and specifically reserved for 1 night stays because they wanted them to feel more comfortable and have lesser complaints than a person who's been staying there. And another thing, it was an easier room for their housekeepers to keep clean. But in my opinion and from being a house keeper for only a little over a year, this place has no organization at all. No one knows whats going on. Everyone is undertrained, they have no maintenance on staff, no one knows how to properly clean a room better yet their own homes in this case. I don't blame anyone but the people who are in Cooperate who's running this business and not making one single move to fix any of the many many complaints they have received here. Also if a celebrity comes into town, this place has the audacity to jack up their prices like other hotels. They advertise a beautiful image of what the room looked like about 12 years ago when it was first built.

it’s a bit far from downtown, but it’s one easy bus ride there. I had to chance rooms because the first one needed extensive cleaning. in the next room the toilet was broken and would flood

I should have lodged elsewhere.

The proximity to the city was the only good thing about this property.

The property is in a very sketchy part of town, and the security the hotel has monitoring the property at night to help keep homeless people and addicts away from peoples cars and rooms. I asked multiple times to have my room cleaned as there were stains, mold and dirt all throughout the room. They never sent anyone to clean the room/take out the trash/etc. The hotel’s elevator was out of order and having to carry all of my belongings from my car up and down three flights of stairs was always a pain in the neck. I had to bring everything in from my vehicle each night due to theft chances.

We came back to the room after our day to find all of our stuff missing and the office closed for the next 2 days. We only managed to get some of our stuff back and have filed a police report. Not to mention that was just the last thing.

The bed was dirty and filthy. There were bed bugs as I got up with bumps all over my body and it was itching all day.

The bathroom door was broken, the water dribbled down so badly I could hardly brush my teeth, same with the shower, there was no trashcan, the floors were stained, and there was no toilet paper. The bedspread was so thin I had to use the heater and use my coat to stay warm.

Nothing. We ended up leaving due to the false advertising, rude staff and disgusting facility. We prepaid for a room that looked great online. Once we arrived and checked in it went straight to tell. Our "non smoking" room was full of burn holes, the smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke was enough to knock you down. Dogs were barking so loud that we couldn't even hear ourselves think. Once again we paid for a non smoking, non pet friendly facility. There's even a sign at the reception desk advertising a non smoking and non pet friendly hotel. That was just the beginning of the horrific experience we had

Once again. We didn't like anything. We have never been talked to so rudely from a so called "manager" who refused to listen to our complaints but instead she threatened to call the police if we didn't leave the premises. She was yelling at me from the parking lot in her pajama pants as she carried her groceries in to her "house". Yes she lives at the hotel. She didn't give us the time of day to even show her what we were talking about. Beer bottles in the stairwell, dog feces and trash everywhere. Her response to the dogs barking was that the dog was a service dog. The problem with that is there wasn't just 1 dog there were multiple and none of the ones we saw had a collar, a harness, a tag, or any other type of explanation that they were a service dog. The parking lot had full black garbage bags full of trash everywhere. You could tell they had been there a while bc they were soaking wet and soiled from the rain. Cigarette butts and swisher sweet rappers in the so called "landscaping". Absolute worse experience ever. I have been in contact with several people who are higher up to make them aware of the situation but yet to hear back. We chose this hotel bc it was a non smoking and non pet due to our health and having severe asthma. Cigarette smoke only causes it to get worse and flare up and the result of that happening would land me In the hospital and cause serious health problems for me not only now but in the future. That's why we have to be super careful when it comes to staying places. I even tried explaining that to the manager, I told her that i could provide medical records proving that. That never phased her, she was willing to take that risk with a potential law suit if something did happen. I have no idea how this lady got a job in management. I'm a manger myself at a health care facility and there's no way I would ever talk to my patients the way she did me.

Nothing, the conditions were bad enough to force us to leave and stay else where

Almost everything except for the price, the whole environment was disgusting, the residents near by had trash outside their doors, the room we reserved wasn’t made up, when we got there it was trashed, the bed wasn’t made, the lamp was practically hanging off the wall, there were dominos pizza boxes still setting on the table, and the shower was a mess. not trying to ultimately bash anyone but this place really needs work and I understand that it’s under new management but I still feel as though it’s fair that I received a refund for this purchase as I did not get to stay and not to mention could not get sleep that night until 3 Am. please get back to me

The saddest value for money invested for any accommodations ever.

Unfortunately there was nothing to like about the facility other than it’s proximity to BNA

The facility in and out was dirty, unkept. Stains on the walkways, stairways, floors, walls, etc… Absolutely filthy is some areas. No top sheet or blanket on the bed, no door handle on the bathroom door, no toilet paper in the bathroom. A very sad experience. For $96.00 we felt totally ripped off and would not have stayed had we not already prepaid online. Even then we were very close to just walking away and counting the experience a complete loss.

The night I checked n there was three people who left because of unkept rooms and they do no refunds. They took my stuff out of my room on the second night that I had paid for said I didn't not want to stay the second night so volition of property. If I had more room I would go on just stay away
