It was clean and the front counter associates were helpful and friendly. Location was a plus and the price was better than other local accommodations.
There was some trouble with the door access that required several electronic rekeying. The housekeeper would only clean the room at 9:30 am. If you missed that time slot, you don't get a clean room that day. Some of the fixtures in the room were old.

I wouldn't call it breakfast. There was coffee, stick cheese, yogurt cups and some kind of sweet bread item? Maybe other stuff. We were not expecting a high end meal but I have been in a lot of motels, this was not even a "poor" breakfast.
The front desk people were nice and helpful.
