Very friendly staff
It looks like a shady prostitution hotel. I got there late, about 9pm to check in. A man & a woman came out of a room. The man at the window said to give him 2 minutes. He went into the room with cleaning supplies, came out about 5 minutes later. The man from the room left, the woman was walking away, the owner keep asking her when she was coming back she said, 'Tomorrow afternoon'.
Then the owner gave me the same room the man & woman came out of. I was hesitant but it was late & I was really tired.
The room itself was clean & the bed didn't look like it was used. The bathroom towels were stained & old, 1 had 2 huge holes in it. The bed spring was super squeaky.
Before I went to bed I looked outside the window to check on my car. While I was looking outside i saw a woman walking through the parking lot that was definitely a prostitute.
When I checked out in the morning, I returned the room key & remote for the TV. I said I was checking out, gave the woman my room number. I had to ask for my $5 deposit back, I don't think I would have got it if I didn't ask. The woman at the window then asked if there was anyone else in the room. I said no, it was just me. She looked surprised & said okay.
I don't think I'll be staying there again.

10-15 mins walk to LA coliseum save money on parking.
old property definitely needs an upgrade and it has roaches. environment not kid friendly.
