We stayed in a Wooden pod, which was roomy, included cooked and continental breakfast and use of gym, sauna etc.

The lodge we rented was very spacious and fairly modern. We had most things we needed. It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and there was plenty of walks around the area.
It was silly things that stop this place getting exceptional. The oven didnt work very well. There was no oven gloves or chopping boards. No bread board. Only small pans which is no use for larger parties such as ourselves.

The Woodland Pods were so cute clean and cozy tucked away in the woods behind the incredible manor home where we had breakfast. And the spa and massage by Kelly were so healing.

Beautiful building. Spa was small but adequate.
Left unacknowledged at reception on arrival by three staff for several minutes while they chatted. Flat drinks served in the bar. No staff in the spa, had to find staff to get towels, robes etc. several lightbulbs missing or not working in the woodland pod including the outside light for our terrace not working at all. We were celebrating our engagement it was a disappointing experience.
