Great resort
This was an excellent resort with great pools and beaches, fantastic choice of food and entertainment around the island. We enjoyed our 9 night stay very much. There's also a tennis court, a gym and a fantastic SPA. The reception team was great, especially Vasilia! Special thanks to the SPA team for making our stay fun & relaxing. We shared such great time together giggling & sharing stories, and of course enjoying your superb massages & body treatments. Thanks Didi, Popi, Emma & Maria - you make the SPA at Radisson Blu Milatos excellent.
Some of the areas of the resort are outdated, but they didn't really have any impact on our stay.

Pleasant and beautiful scenic area
Staff was very good. Would come right away with any problems
Needs a little fixing up, floors in room where laid over with wood that moved around, and early check in after a long trip from states was hard to get, fell asleep in lobby

It think at some point this was a great resort. It’s not anymore.
Seating around the pools where plenty. The visual ambiance was nice.
A sea view suite seems to meet the criteria if you door is pointing towards the ocean. That there is restaurant with a giant noisy suction/ventilation system blocking that view is not a valid point according to the resort. The food (breakfast, snacks and roomservice) was terrible.

Good
Our villa was completely private with a private pool which was very relaxing
The hotel was kind of old which need some renovation in some area. The beach was not as expected. I believe so the money we spent, there should be something some entertainment

Relaxing and Comfort
The service of all staff was exceptional, the waiters Dimitru, Mario and Emmanuel was fantastic! Also, Georgios Mavrangelidis (Maitre D Hotel) was very polite and helpful in many occasions making the experience unique. Last but not least, the bar staff at Payot Bar - Miro and Georgio was Fantastic! I will definitely be going back!

Might be great if you love all-inclusive, but beachfront villa with private pool is much overpriced
We were lucky to have one of the recently refurbished rooms which was very nice and clean. There are many pools spread across the resort, and we could always find two sunbeds with umbrella somewhere, despite not putting our towels there early in the morning like many others. The VIP breakfast was excellent, with friendly staff and fast service, and we did enjoy dinners in several of the a la carte restaurants. You have to book early, though. When we arrived, some of the restaurants were fully booked for the next five days. Lots of activites were offered every day, including for children. If you love all inclusive holidays in a resort which could be located anywhere in the world, and if you don’t mind the crowded buffet at the main restaurant, then this is the resort where you should go.
We booked a beachfront villa with private pool, but beachfront doesn’t mean you walk out of your villa directly onto sandy beach. It just means there is no other building between you and the sea, but it's a 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. Also, it's not a villa, it’s a – recently refurbished and very nice – hotel room in a building where there are at least 12 other rooms, you have guest rooms left and right and on top at the floor above. Not sure why they say villa - it's a premium room or suite. The pool itself was most disappointing when compared to the images on the hotel website – I even thought they had given us the wrong room, but the manager insisted this was a beachfront villa with private pool. Our pool was a small (3x2x1m) plastic tub, not very clean. The outdoor area was much smaller than what the description on the website suggested. And don't expect to have any privacy when using the pool, because everybody will look at you at your pool when they are walking by on the way to the beach. The beach itself was also disappointing when compared to the photos on the hotel website. It’s quite a small strip that looks like sand from a distance, but it’s actually small stones, meaning that your children cannot build sand castles there. And there were massive blocks of concrete and very large stones separating the main water of the sea from the small area next to the beach. Some of the sun beds and umbrellas, mostly at the beach and some at the pools were very old and you could clearly see the impact of many years of wind and weather. We did not like the crowded buffet restaurant. They offer a lot of good food, but most of the guests didn’t care and it looked devastated soon after breakfast or dinner started. Dishes and glasses directly out of the dishwasher were often not clean, and the presentation and the hygiene standards clearly are not five star. The a la carte restaurants were much better, but you should avoid the Asian restaurant.
