The location, the communal areas and our allocated room.
The restaurant was cold to reach and somewhat lacking in atmosphere when we did. The service and food were good but even lighting the candle on the table may have improved the ambiance.

Our room was a bit tired and shower head was broken

Room was pleasant, clean and comfortable and had a lovely view from the window.
Breakfast felt disorganised. Lacking in staff. Uncleared tables. Slow service. Only access for wheelchair users in breakfast as area was to wait outside firedoor exits and hope someone would notice and open the doors from the inside.
