Good , but cost on booking site with booking. Com was a bit vague- needs to be clearer on the booking form

Location good
Find it frustrating, pay for a suite, two people, but they only give one key,, to room , which is ridiculous nowadays in town for a weddin an not always together … they didn’t accommodate when asking for a second…

The food is amazing, esp the Indian choices. Staff were friendly and helpful
The WiFi was appalling meaning I couldn’t make an important work zoom meeting. Phone signal also poor so couldn’t hotspot. When I asked reception they gave me the staff password which was equally bad. On checking out when I told them again it was a problem, they said they knew there was an issue and they were changing providers - I said it would have been helpful to know that when I booked in. They Said they could have given me a dongle - but this wasn’t offered the first night when I asked about it.
I had a court yard room - they didn’t explain before or when I checked in that it involved carrying my heavy bag up and down several flights of stairs. I couldn’t use the courtyard view or table outside my room because the kitchen vent was also in the courtyard and was very noisy. And the grey paint on the outside makes the hotel look miserable - they over use air fresheners.
