Recline in a chaise poolside as you drink in serene mountain views surrounded by lush greenery. Take a dip in the spa, play yard games, or grill in the comfy open yard. Enjoy luxury linens and robes in spacious bedrooms. Relax with a cocktail in the stylish living room or binge watch in the separate media room. In the evenings, chat around the fire table under the desert sky. All just 5 minutes from downtown. Special October rates now available to VRBO members only. Enjoy the perfect spot to rejuvenate in the private backyard with expansive mountain views. Relax in the many outdoor seating areas or take a refreshing dip in the pool. For some afternoon fun, play a round of bocce or a game ping pong. All the bedrooms are spacious and built for comfort. Every bedroom has Frette linens, a large TV, a dresser, a luggage rack, large closets, and a yummy robe. The master, with en suite bathroom, opens to the pool, spa and bocce area. A super-functional and spacious layout makes for an easy stay. Living spaces on one side and bedrooms on the other allow plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The separate media room can be closed off for private viewing. The media room also has a queen sleeper for flexible sleeping arrangements. The sofa bed is suitable for children. For a night in, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, platters, Pyrex, a micro-plane, etc with enough serving platters and cookware to make Thanksgiving dinner. Additional seating in the front courtyard provides another space for relaxation and privacy. We keep a supply of little amenities on hand, such as a toothbrush or other toiletries, in case you forget something. Battleship, Candy Land and toys keep the kids happy while you borrow a book from our little library for poolside reading. Mid-century furnishings and industrial concrete floors throughout create a fun Palm Springs vibe. Enjoy all the little details this property has to offer that will make your stay fun, relaxing, and memorable. -NOTE: Palm Springs ordinance allows for 8 adults and an additional 2 children under 12. The house was perfect for our family Christmas get away. Location was perfect- close to town and everything was only 5-10 minutes away. Pool and spa were great too. Kerry Ann was very responsive and helpful with any questions or requests. Would highly recommend the house!

This home was perfect for our family. Great location with easy access to all that Palm Springs has to offer, a beautifully appointed home, with a pool and hot tub that were easy to use and always at the right temperature.
The home had all the amenities and appliances one could need. We feel lucky we found this home for our family's visit to Palm Springs.

We had a wonderful stay. Kerry Ann’s place has everything you would want in a Palm Springs vacation: perfect location, a stylish spacious interior, and fully stocked kitchen. Outside has a great pool, a great view, ping pong, bocce, an outdoor grill and lots of seating. The media room was a great addition for the kids. Kerry Ann included lots of little details to make us comfortable which we appreciated. Everything was built for comfort- even the robes. We will definitely be back.

Cannot say enough about this property. We came for a family wedding and had a wonderful time. The location is wonderful. The communication was quick and efficient. The house had absolutely everything we needed to cook during our stay. We had so much fun, we wished to extend our stay. We will have to come back and will definitely reserve the same place. No complaints! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

The house was perfect for the 6 adults and 3 young children. vacationing in Palm Springs. The neighborhood was very quiet and there were plenty of stores and restaurants within a few minutes drive. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. and well used. We had never stayed in Palm Springs before and we all fell in love with it.

Great place, very accurate description, sparkling clean, nice touches to have the bathroom and cleaning organic amenities, fully stocked kitchen (even if you'd like to bake), plenty of towels, safe and secure even with small children! The owner is delightful, very fast to reply, extremely accommodating and helpful! A must visit if you want a relaxing quiet trip! Close enough to downtown in a safe residential neighborhood.

We rented this home for the month of March to get away from Seattle’s grey winter. This property perfectly met our must-have list of 4 bedrooms, a hot tub / pool and “Palm Springs” location. The home exceeded our expectations in layout and furnishings. Two master suites with two additional bedrooms, all with king size beds with quality and abundant linens. A large TV room. Great indoor and outdoor cooking, dining and socializing areas. Kerry Ann was the best host. She immediately responded to every communication and was supported by local property managers Marshall and Toni. They immediately addressed our requests and any issues that arose during our stay. This is a great home for a week-end getway or extended stay in Palm Springs.

Kerry Ann’s home was the perfect Palm Springs getaway- immaculate, stylish, and close to everything. The space is bigger than expected and so easy for our group of 8. The home had a well-stocked kitchen where we cooked group meals. There are lots of fun activities on site like ping pong, bocce games, dips in the pool, and the spa at night. The media room was a bonus, roomy and comfortable for movie night. The bedrooms were spacious with lots of storage. They thought of everything. It was perfection!

Our group of 7 stayed in this comfortable home to celebrate our mother's 95th birthday. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Loved having a large dining room table where we would gather to play games or just visit. The outside was lovely. Had lots of seating areas and lounge chairs for everyone. Even tho it was cool in PS when we first got there having a heated pool and hot tub was great and both were used daily. The house is in the perfect location to everything. Neighborhood was very quiet. Kerry was very helplful.
