The facility is nice and peaceful with a great pool and views over the forest (if you have a room facing that side. Garden rooms seem to face the car park). The room decor is pretty
The room I got was very small. AC was not able to reduce temperature to below 24C. Service was uneven (e.g. turndown service showed up once at 10pm and did nothing but give me a sweet and water. The next day, they did everything but no sweet). Bathroom is well appointed but very tiny. It was dangerous and difficult to get in and out of the bathtub (it should have been a shower given the space available).
The lobby bar serves overpriced coctails that they spill when bringing to the table and that are bare (no garnish, no nuts or snacks). The French restaurant (Le Cedray) is an overpriced disaster. Overall not worth the money at all

I love staying at this hotel and I've been visiting every year for over 13 years now. I would highly recommend this place. It's stunning and there are so many facilities the kids club is also amazing. The staff always take good care of my kids.
