great stay at a good value near tokyo

nice room, very spacious, fast wifi. friendly staff, easy to get uber eats and amazon orders delivered. view of the city and sky tower was also great.

wish it was easier to contact the staff. a whatsapp option would be great. also wish there was a bit more flexibility regarding accommodating guest that wanted to stay but need to switch rooms.

對一個小家庭的旅遊提供很寬敞的空間，以及很貼心的用具。C P值很高，下次來東京會再考慮預訂。

住宿的地點周邊有多條交通路線，以及很多超市、便利商店和餐飲，生活機能很便利。從成田機場搭京成電鐵可以直達，不需要換車，也省錢，但要花比較長的時間。有小廚房並提供足夠的鍋具、烹調用具以及餐具。還有微波爐和小冰箱，買簡單的食材可以解決早餐和晚餐的問題。浴廁設備皆有門，可以區分多個空間，多人住宿時，可以同時使用。貼心的提供洗衣精、曬衣架和曬衣夾，晚上洗個衣服，還有個小陽台可以曬。不需要帶很多衣服，可以騰出很多行李空間帶採購的東西。

Wi-Fi無法正常使用。但飯店願意提供延後一個小時退房，只是我們並不需要。連續多日的住宿，希望能主動提供清理垃圾（換垃圾袋）、簡單清潔工具（除塵紙或抹布）的服務。

Agréable séjour mais avec le wifi ça aurait été parfait

Appartement bien équiper et facile d accès au transport public

Le wifi n a jamais fonctionner pendant les 10 jours et rien n a été fait pour remédier à ce problème pour nous c étais un critère important

Hôtel propre et très confortable.

Le wifi ne marche pas par contre nous avons reçu 10% de remboursement.

Great for family

Family of 5 (3 kids). Check in process was smooth. Apartment located about 7min walk to the Machiya metro station. Bed was comfortable. Apartment was clean. There are a lot of convenient stores nearby.

It would be great if there is a dryer and bigger hanging clothes rack

ディズニーへ車で40分弱!?

急遽三泊四日でディズニー２日、観光1日で家族旅行することになり全日こちらでお願いしました。駐車場も運良く停められて、家に帰ったような雰囲気で子供も楽しんでおり快適でした。ディズニー→宿は40分くらいでした。駅までも飲食店などが並んでおり子どもと歩いても気にならない距離でした! ミーハー心でスカイツリーが見える部屋にしたのですが、ベッドから見られて最高でした!

洗濯機を使用したら、糸くずホルダーが満パンでした。。

Ampiezza della camera, pulizia, letti comodi. Servizi offerti. Quartiere tranquillo, metro vicina.

Mancanza di armadi per riporre i vestiti. Mancanza del wifi per tutta la vacanza.

Annoying.

The description said 1 living space 2 seperate bedrooms but when we arrived it was only 1 seperate bedrooms, very annoying as that is the main reason we booked this particular property. Worse was how the hotel didn’t take any responsibility for this mistake and just kept palming by me off.

Calm japanese house

La stanza era molto pulita, ben organizzata e senza particolari problemi. I letti troppo morbidi, ma si possono usare le opzioni di tatami offerte in camera. Bella vista dal 6 piano. Team non particolarmente capace di comunicare in inglese, ma problema comune in tutta la città. Location ben connessa con varie linee di trasporto pubblico.

Un po’ distante dal centro, circa 30/45mnt per raggiungere tutte le main spots da visitare. Difficoltà a comunicare con reception.

Comfortable stay and excellnt location. Would recommend

Great location near restaurants and 24 hour stores. 5 mins walk to Machiya Métro Station. Have parking in hotel for 1500 yen/24 hrs

Fridge top and area behind toilet seat could be cleaned better.

Great place. The suburb had plenty of shops and restaurants for food supply.

It was roomier than a lot of Japanese places. Had all the amenities, like kitchen, washing machine, good air-conditioner, comfortable beds.

It was all very nice! It required a bit of walking/traveling to get to the places, however in a city of Tokyo size that would be something to be expected everywhere, I guess.

Excellent stay. Minn Machiya had everything we needed. Loved Machiya neighbourhood.

Great sized apartment, easy to check in and check out, has a lift, and is in a quiet neighbourhood. Had everything we needed for a family of 5 and loved the washing machine. Machiya Station is an easy 7 minute walk just down the road and all the food places are at least half the price of food closer to Tokyo. Everything you need is here and it feels local and immersed in the neighbourhood. Tokyo is a 17minute train ride and there are always trains. Can't recommend Machiya and Minn Machiya high enough.

Loved having a washing machine however there is no outdoor hanging space and as we travelled in summer, we had the aircon on and the clothes took a long time to fully dry ie 24hours.

Exceptional

I like the apartment because it is spacious. Perfect size for my whole family. Apartment has complete set of kitchen appliances. There is washing machine and iron board as well. Access to elevator and room is through digital codes. There is nearby 711 and, Lawson and Family Mart convenience stores. Very good apartment. Highly recommended.

it was a very pleasant place to stay for a few days.

the neighborhood. liked how compact it was but still had everything we needed. felt safe. washing machine in the room. great toilet. privacy. nice view. great price.

no clothes dryer. not enough electrical outlets.

Too expensive for a place so far from the city center, I would expect more hospitable little things as tea/coffee/sugar/salt, but only washing supplies were provided

Convenient place.

The room size is perfect for 3. The facility in the room, kitchen and bathrooms also perfect. The place is near train station and there are 5 convenience stores and restaurants near by.

The noise from the room above was annoyed us almost every night til early morning. Someone(s) always walking around even 2 AM. Once I complained to the staff about it, it went less walking steps noise. The people above should have moved to lower floor.

spaces good for 6 person...bed also good.. .near to metro station & kesei line (approx 500m)...but there is no jr line near the apartment..wasing machine provide without dryer..kitchen provided

no rice cooker provided..self check in using apps very difficult especially if u dont have internet line..nobody assist you until u completed your online checkin....request for storage luggage for a few hour after checkout because will fly in the evening but the hotel no provide the service
