This was our second time staying at Los Arrecifes Tulum, and once again we had an amazing experience. What makes this hotel so special is the warm, family-owned atmosphere — you genuinely feel welcomed and looked after rather than just being another guest. The beachfront location is beautiful, the hotel is peaceful and relaxing, and everything feels very personal and authentic. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. There’s a reason we decided to come back for a second time, and we would definitely return again.
We genuinely can’t think of anything we didn’t like. It was our second stay here, and once again we had a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

The location is beautiful, by the beach and located amongst all the bars and restaurants which is lovely. We had a lovely welcome and drink which was a nice. The team are brilliant
It was low season and sargassum season, so I feel that it was overpriced for the room given our experiences in the other places in Yucatan that we stayed. The room felt reasonably basic for the price but this may reflect prices in Tulum itself

Nothing really. The seaweed problem on the beaches of Tulum is a global-warming effect.
