Convenient location close to a metro station. Size is less than expected. Limited kitchenware.

10 minutes walking to the train station, where you will find 711, shops and restaurants. clear instructions of the appliance in the rooms. clean.

Communication from the owner is always Japanese, including the important message how to get the keys. Cant they have the messages translated via Google? The laundry machine makes lots of noises. the automatic sensitive light in the living room is very annoying.

Location was cozy and near many convenient places.

Close to the station, area was great and close to the mall. room itself was large with multiple rooms and the area directly outside was peaceful.

In my particular there is a huge staircase which made it annoying to bring luggage up and down.

Great location, but get the upstairs room.

Good Location The street itself is very quiet Clean

Paper thin walls and mainly floors, neighbours upstairs would come home at 11pm and while they were not making excessive noise, just going about usual activities it was as loud as it would be in the room itself with added heavy sounds of foot steps every time someone upstairs moved. Most nights were badly interrupted sleeps unfortunately.

Cozy japanese style home but not the most modern, specially the bathroom facilities. Good for families and location coul

Tatami living room is cozy with the zen garden and japanese deco. Place is spacious, good for a family. Locations was great, right beside the Osaka Castle Park. Train, parks, mall and restaurants within a 3 mins walk. The staff was very attentive and quick to respond though their responses were always in Japanese so make sure to have your translator ready.

The big let down is the bathroom. We got the upstairs room which does not have the wooden bath advertised. Biggest issue for us was the inconvenience of having the bathroom sink in the kitchen by the normal sink. No space to leave toiletries or a mirror in front of you. After you shower you literally have to brush your teeth out make up or whatever you have to in the middle of the kitchen.

Beautiful traditional apartment to stay in

Very cute and aesthetic, in the Japanese cultural style. Comfortable with tv access and other amenities.

A minor lack of hooks/places to hang things, especially for a group of travellers.

VERY comfortable futons!! the room for bathing is spacious. nice washlet wonderful to have a heated toilet seat! (Japanese bathrooms and toilet rooms are generally unheated.).

wooden bathtub is beautiful but has a little mildew starting to grow on it

Traditional getaway in the heart of the city

The room is very oriental, there were traditional tea cups, a teapot, chopsticks, room slippers, a table and floor pillows, everything you need to feel like youre in the olden days, they even provided 2 yukatas for us to wear, i had a good time with them haha. The atmosphere is amazing, you really feel like youre in a traditional japanese inn Travel wise its location is excellent, we didnt need to spend too much time to go to landmarks like dotonbori, usj and minoh park There was a fridge, microwave and teapot to assist with all our コンビニ (kombini) needs There was even a washing machine, bathtub and 2 different toilets On the last day of my trip i even figured it was convenient enough to have a morning walk to osaka castle which was right beside Very recommended :)

I think this was more my fault but i genuinely thought this was a ryokan, i guess the pictures were that convincing haha. Other than that unfortunately the immersion gets taken out once you open the window and see a city (and park) instead of a traditional garden, so leave them closed :P

Excellent location. Stay would have been more pleasant with some minor touches.

Convenient self check-in with a lock box. House is newer, very nice and clean. Bathroom and toilet are super clean and pleasant. Excellent location, close to subways, market and Osaka Castle.

Kitchen is just for display. Our booking is for 6 people but there were only 5 small bowls, 3 spoons, 5 pairs of chopsticks, 4 folks and 1 pot. Only 5 bath towels were provided. Basically don't count on the kitchen if you plan to use it. The photos included in the posting showing pictures of 2 properties together. Unless your party book both properties, you only see 1/2 what's shown. Futon cushion is thin compare to other properties we stayed. If you're a side sleeper, your hip may de-friend you after the trip.

Pictures deceiving, not that great value. Good location

The location was great. The property seemed clean. The park in front of it has beautiful cherry blossom

We found it deceiving that the pictures are showing 2 bathrooms, but in fact there is only one bathroom. I asked the property owner after I checked in, he said that booking.com mixed pictures of 2 different properties. It is not their problem, it is booking.com's fault. And the washing machine does not have drying function.
