About this house rental
Located in Sunriver, this charming house for $661 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Maury Mountain 25 RPP (SHARC) Passes: No Air Conditioning: Yes Pets: No Bikes: Yes Hot Tub: Yes Xplorie: Yes Description: Just driving up to this 2,433 sq. ft. custom, luxury home lets you know you're in for a treat. Between the shuffleboard and game table is a door leading to the back deck which houses a large stainless steel NRX gas barbecue. Your view includes nothing but gorgeous national forest land. A picnic-style table and lounges make enjoying the deck a breeze. A wall-style door separates you from the hot tub off the primary. The home has a garage with bikes and room for one car. Level 1: Downstairs, there are three bedrooms including a 2nd primary that has a 3/4 bathroom with hallway access. The primary Bedroom has a king bed and flat-screen TV with Blu-Ray and cable. An exterior door will lead you to a private ground floor deck. The other two bedrooms are joined by a Jack and Jill bath. Bedroom one has a Queen while the second bedroom has a King bed.. Level 2: The upstairs primary with king-size sleigh bed, matching dresser style nightstands, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a door leading to the hot tub on the deck. Living: The living area is covered in hardwood floors and has a Pub Style game table with seating for four featuring chess and checkers and offers a mat for card games. Sitting over the stone set gas fireplace is a 65" 4K TV and Yamaha sound system plus cable. Kitchen/Dining: Granite countertops compliment the custom wood cabinetry accentuated with stainless steel appliances. Inset into the island is an electric GE Profile range with 5 burners. The kitchen is partially lit by the skylight and front windows giving you a lot of natural light. A few steps from the living area is the dining table with seating for eight. Recreation Access: This home does NOT include Recreation Plus Passes. Guests can access the SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, and Disc Golf at their own cost, pay at the gate. Very nice house with a well stocked kitchen (utensils, dishes, etc.)
Cascara was awesome to work with! So quick to respond to requests for things like a space heater, more dish soap, etc. Very easy check in and out process!

We enjoyed our stay and the house was very clean. The layout worked well for our adult children allowing all to have their own rooms. Loved the shuffle board and other games. The deck needed some sweeping when we arrived along with cleaning of the outdoor furniture - all very nice once clean. Also, the house lacked a fire extinguisher which was surprising in these dry months while BBQ. Passes to swim would have been nice given the hot weather, but this house is not set up to offer that :(.
Overall very nice stay and would stay again and recommend to friends.

Location, House, Weather.....All Thumbs Up
Maury Mtn location was ideal for us. Close to Cottonwood/Hwy 97 access. Close to Sunriver Marketplace Store. Open space behind house made for quiet nights. Biking trails and Woodlands golf course all accessible and close. We found the distance to the Village as a positive during C-19 times.

We were very happy with the home. It was comfortable, clean and well equipped! We arrived late afternoon and it was cold inside the house; very slow to warm up. We called Cascara (property manager) and they were right on it, delivered portable heaters that evening to give the heat a jump start. Once the house heater caught up everything was great. I cannot say enough good about how Cascara took care of that issue. Great house, would stay again.

The location was great for us with older kids, we loved being on the edge of the undeveloped area. The manager was very responsive, helpful and polite. We've been coming to Sunriver our entire marriage, (37 years). It has always been our family's favorite vacation spot throughtout the years. We've visitied Sunriver during the summer and winter. Our kids are now grown and married and we're still coming to Sunriver, now with grand children included in the mix. This house worked out so well for all of us and we enjoyed being under one roof. All of the extra's in this home added to the fun for kids and adults alike.

The kitchen and baths have been redone and are very nice. We had multiple calls to maintenance re. drooping dishwasher rack, non-working dryer and TV complications. Maids left an armload of beer bottles in the master closet from previous renters.
