These rooms are on the top floor of an absolutely beautiful building, which is located close enough to the coast and in a great district for shopping and eating (the food around the hotel was some of the best I’ve tried in Italy). The staff were brilliant and super helpful concerning things to do around Bologna, and the room itself was comfortable.
The shower in our room was a bit iffy as the sliding door was coming off at the bottom and the top, but it was manageable. Our room was tidy but I think the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. That said, these issues were very minor and I would still recommend if you are looking for a well-priced hotel in Napoli.

Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful and a great start to the day.
Staff were super friendly and helpful, which meant arriving later on a Sunday was easy.
I actually don't have anythin but praise for this property.

the floor was not very clean, bathrooms need updating, otherwise very nice
