HORRIBLE WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN

dirty condo, everything was falling apart in the condo, dirty linens, just poor all the way around I had to clean the bathrooms myself

We had a room that our hot water ya leak down on to the next floor and mold growing every whete.we had to move to a low grade motel every disappointed in booking Yea they have us a extra nigjt but we went fr s high grade motel to the lowest you could get. It did not make up what O paid for the carousel.

location, facilities and amenities

the room 1608 was filthy. the couch is all stained, floors needed cleaned, blood on sheets in the master bedroom, just looked dingy.

Very disappointing we never received credit as promised

The location was great. The food services was good, the hotel has a lot of amenities.

The condo was so dirty. Took us over 2 hours to clean it ourselves. Vacasa promised a credit besides refunding the cleaning fee and we never received the credit.

Disappointing

The staff was wonderful at the Carousel. Always kind and very helpful.

The temperature in our condo was 77-78 degrees all of Sunday and most of Monday. We tried several times to get assistance and no one seemed concerned. We followed all directions listed. The Carousel couldn't help us bc it was privately owned and thru Vacasa. Vacasa was tough to get in touch with and when we did, weren't super helpful or apologetic. Nothing was offered to rectify the situation until someone was able to come fix whatever the issue was. I have 2 children with asthma and it was so stuffy and hot in there, it made it tougher on them and horrible sleeping conditions for everyone. We will absolutely book thru the Carousel but never thru Vacasa again.

The condo was a lot of money for a quick weekend getaway but it fit our needs.

The location was good! The facility offers a lot (outdoor bar, entertainment, etc.)

Room could definitely have used some updating. Old carpet, dining chair had the arm hanging off when I walked in, bedrooms were hot and wouldn't cool down. The listing said that towels and initial supplies were provided so I would have thought that included was cloths but there were no wash cloths and we didn't bring any because we figure if towels were provided and we were only staying two nights, wash cloths would be as well and we wouldn't need extras (more than what was provided.

Dissatisfied

The property is nice and in a good location.

we arrived on Wednesday and all the amenities were closed. Brought my family for a mid winter getaway and the ice rink and pool were closed until late Thursday. This should have been disclose and is an epic failure on their behalf.

Location is nice, loved views both east and west.

Location and views are very nice

There was no frying pan or forks, spoons, knives for eating in. The tubs in both bathrooms do not drain very well; found ourselves standing in dirty water when showering.

Condo units variable quality

Indoor and outdoor pool, good location, entertainment, family friendly

Our specific unit 1608 was not as updated as our families that stayed in condos on the 17th floor that are managed by Coldwell Banker. We paid more for our unit through Vacasa and it was not nearly as nice or updated as the units on the 17th floor.

Nothing very dis appointed

Kitchen table was broken. The facility hot then if it wasn't hot it was too cold the door keys did not work at all even after taking them to the front desk to get them repaired it still didn't work no patio on the front for us and too far from the boardwalk

A decent unit with a great view!

Had to ask for towels from the front desk, there was only one towel in the unit even though the email stated there would be a set of four in the unit.
