Explore the tide as it goes in and out each day and go beachcombing, kayaking, paddle boarding or walking, running or cycling along the oceanside Seawalk. Relax on your private patio or have a picnic at the beach and enjoy the fresh air! Free on-site parking, private keyless entry in a safe neighbourhood close to all amenities. Please note this is a strict no smoking property and no pets are allowed. If you want to smoke, please go across the street to the beach. Because of severe allergies, we cannot have any smoking inside or outside on the patio, nor on the property at all.

We could not get over the incredible view right in front of this rental! Our favourite thing to do while staying here was sitting on the patio and watching the wildlife and the ocean. The suite itself was so clean and well stocked. We very much enjoyed the beach decor! It was a bit smaller than we expected - living room/bedroom/bathroom - but that was probably our fault for not looking closer at the ad. It was doable though. Our family of four all had a place to sleep but the pullout couch was not comfortable for our teenage son. Carla was so helpful and even helped us view some whales across the way one morning! What a special memory! We would stay with Carla again, but if we travelled with our kids again we would book her larger suite to have a bit more room.

The location was superb, right across from the ocean so you can watch cruise ships go by or seals diving for food. Carla has done a fabulous job in making you want for nothing even without an actual kitchen. There is a microwave, toaster and coffee machine as well as she supplied english muffins, jam, yogurt, milk for coffee, cookies, chocolates and fruit. She provided us with some great places to eat and places to see. Carla is friendly to chat with and a superb host. We wouldn't hesitate in staying there again if we ever come back to Campbell River. We were greeted by Carla on arrival. She'd left us some essentials in the fridge, chocolates and home made cookies. The suite was beautiful with a lovely see view. Highly recommended.

John and Carla were fantastic hosts! The suite was perfect for our needs as it's right across the street from the beach and is close to a lot of amenities (gas, grocery, etc.). Even though it's on the lower floor of the house, it was incredibly quiet. If we stayed longer we probably would have gone for the suite with the kitchen, but for our short stay we did alright with the fridge and microwave. There isn't a sink other than the one in the bathroom, but Carla provided us with a wash basin to help us clean our kids' travel dishes. Amazing stay.
