This place is very cosy ,family friendly and quite. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and everything needed for cooking and eating, with peninsula and stools, a dinning table for four. air condition and heating . Full bathroom with bathtub. A cosy couch, Cable TV , and Wifi. Guests have a outside area ,with table and chairs, as well as the backyard garden area shared with the host. My son stayed here while finishing finals. He said the owners were very kind and helpful. He said the room was perfect and had everything he could need. Very easy check in process. We appreciated the owner’s quick responses to our inquiries. Definitely would stay again!

This may have been the only studio/one-bedroom space on VRBO in Santa Monica with two beds (one king, one queen) in the area. It was perfect for our needs for a 5-day visit. It had everything we needed for two adults who wanted our own bed, and we didn’t let our middle age keep one of us from getting up and down to the top bunk. The beds were very comfortable and we felt safe in the neighborhood. We didn’t take the metro but it was within a very easy walk if wanted to. We were within a few-minute ride to all the various restaurants and attractions of the area. We would definitely stay there again and hope to do so one day in the future.

Instructions were easy to follow, I was able to contact the hosts when needed, and the place was clean and as advertised. I'm not used to city living but the location felt safe and secured behind the home with a gate code required for entry.

The property is very conveniently located in Santa Monica, within walking distance of several cute places to eat and an east drive to the 10 and 405. The pier is a bit of a trek but we walked there and back and had a lovely evening. Air conditioning worked great and the guest house was nice and clean. Hosts were on site and great!

I stayed at this property on the occasion of a UCLA graduation. The guesthouse is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. It is about a 30 minute walk to the Santa Monica Pier. The one drawback is that unfortunately, there are quite a few homeless people in this area. Being out early in the morning to get coffee I encountered quite a few of them.

Met the hosts on our arrival and they were very helpful with tips for food shopping, parking, etc. The unit was very accurately described and represented in the pictures. Hosts were home the entire time but gave us all the space we needed and it felt very private. About 30 minute walk to the pier, 20 minutes to shops and restaurants. If staying a few days, would recommend renting a bike so you’re just ten minutes from the beach and can easily get to Venice too. Plenty of bike lanes to get around safely. We loved having easy access to hustle and energy of downtown and beach but could relax in quiet once we got back to the VRBO. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for a couple days on my first solo vacation . Unfortunately rained the entire time I was there but made the best of it! Good Location. Everything is within walking/biking distance. Nice little convenient apartment. If I come back to Santa Monica I'll stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for a week to be close to our kids and grandkids who live nearby. This unit is extremely comfortable and immaculately clean. The owner is warm and friendly - we couldn’t have picked a better place!

We really enjoyed our time here! The property was as described, clean, and in a really convenient location. Easy quick walk to the metro, and in a neighborhood where you could walk to groceries or errands in a 15 minute radius or so. Parking was easy and never a problem. Metro gets you to downtown/the pier area quickly. The loft bed is just a mattress on a platform, so maybe not ideal for someone older. It’s not a luxury stay, but it was great for a short getaway with my sibling. All in all, we really enjoyed our trip and appreciated being able to stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. First of all, the location is great. It’s walkable to the beach and downtown, but if you want to save your legs, it’s only half a block to a Metro station that brings you right downtown Santa Monica. We used it often and it worked out wonderfully. The property is also super quiet; possibly the quietest rental I’ve ever stayed in. The host was super nice and helpful. She was there when we arrived and explained some things about the property and gave some recommendations for the area like where to find grocery stores. Communication beforehand was also great; very clear instructions on how to check in. The best feature of all is that there’s a full kitchen with full size appliances! It felt luxurious. We love Santa Monica and would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our extended stay and our welcoming hosts. Location is convenient to shops, the beach, metro and groceries. Property is on the back of the lot. safely away from the road. Weather was unusually hot and AC was not super strong but when things cooled at night, no issues. Apartment has all you need — equipped kitchen, beach chairs and towels, and outside patio seating. Great hosts! Thank you.

The space was perfect size for my sister and I. Emanuelle was very accommodating and available to address any issues that may arise or questions you may have about the area. It's walking distance to the metro, DK Donuts, Pono Burger, multiple coffee shops, Co-Op grocery store. It's about a 30 minute walk or a less than 10 minute drive to the Santa Monica Pier, Santa Monica beach, Ralph's, Vons, and 3rd Street Promenade outdoor shopping mall. There is ample parking at the apt and there are parking garages at the Pier. The apt was close to the highway if you wanted to get to LA, Hollywood, or anywhere else outside of Santa Monica. We didn't mind walking so we walked pretty much everywhere. If you wanted you could walk from the Santa Monica Pier to Venice Beach. Emmanuelle was an amazing host and provided beach towels, beach mat, chairs, and umbrella for us to use. In the apt there were ample towels (though I wish there were face towels). The washer and dryer was most needed after all of that walking. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishware, cooking and eating utensils, microwave, stove/oven, and toaster oven. There were also pots and various spices and tea in the cupboards. There was sand throughout the unit but nothing that we couldn't get up with the dust pan and broom located in the apt. We couldn't visually see the sand on the floor; only felt it when we took our shoes off. Again, it was to be expected considering the bare floors and distance from the beach. There are homeless people walking around but none of them bothered us. Overall, great place, great location, great host. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such great hospitality!
