I walked through the door. After a very contentous call with the office. I managed to get in. There was something in the unit i reacted too. I became very ill. I had to hire a car servive to take me home to islamorada after i was able came back got my car. I paid a lot of money for nothing. I think the mold in the shower was alarming. I do this trip each year. So back to using a hotel. After the origional contact with the office, i wasnt going there again. I was very sick.

Great location, easy walk to just about anything. Perfect for one person, if there’s two of you, you better like each other because it’s tiny….a bed, a chair and a bathroom. I believe the bed was listed as a queen but it’s a bit smaller, like a full or double. I was alone in the place so it was fine for me and it was very price friendly considering what other rooms cost in key west.

I’ve used VRBO in the past but was underwhelmed by Vacasa. Bed not up to my standards. No basic amenities in the kitchen like salt/pepper or a coffee starter kit. Will consider this when renting in the future and avoid a Vacasa property.

Very clean and nicely decorated property. Good location. We got in early and we're able to drop our bags off at the office a few doors down which was great. Great communication with the property manager.

I assume that the owner did not communicate to Vacsa management that construction would be going on on our unit. No way would I let that be rented during this time. Loud all day long, stuff falling off the shelves. Other than that the area, bars, restaurants and excursions were great and right in the middle of Duval.

This was a perfect studio for me to stay at this week. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding at the Ernest Hemingway house, and this property backs up to the back side of the Hemingway house. It’s literally steps away from Duval st., tons of shops and restaurants, and a 7-10 minute walk from the beach. I recommend ubering it to Fort Zachary beach or Smathers beach, 2 really good beaches. Fort Zachary has great swimming and. Snorkeling, but a rocky coral beach. Smathers is soft man made sand beach. The studio gets nice and cold with the air conditioning unit. I took a break in the middle of the wedding to come cool off. Clean, small, but with a fridge and basic plates, cups, etc. I would totally stay here again. Just me, or with 1 other person at most.

Easy walking in Old Town. Met interesting visitors in adjacent units. Older property- updated, clean, functional with personality. No parking at property so search for on street parking was a challenge. Empty parking place just 3 yards from door to room & marked for by owner only was not used the entire time we were there. Walking 6 blocks when an empty space was just outside our door was hard to accept. We obeyed the parking rule but felt that communication with owner about this would be good. We had no communication with owner.

We loved the affordable price while being literally right around fhe corner from downtown Key West! The space was cozy enough for 2 without being overcrowded. We will definitely try to get this place on our next visit!

Booked this through Travelocity. The description was completely wrong (on Travelocity). I was surprised to find out that there is absolutely NO parking. We had to find free parking a couple blocks away and carry our bags back to the unit. We ended up renting bicycles and finding a place to park those were a pain.

When it comes to the unit... very charming. The decor really makes you feel like you are part of the island life. Having a fridge was nice to be able to store cold drinks and sandwich making material, but without a microwave, storing leftovers was pointless. The cable did not work, which didn’t bother us too much since we were mostly out and about. Also, there was little tiny ant infestation in the bathroom. There weren’t a ton of ants, so again, it didn’t bother us.

With all this being said, we enjoyed the place, but the only part that is keeping us from coming back is the lack of parking. We did call upon arrival to find out what to do about the parking situation and did not get any advise or help.

It was a lovely place to stay, just far enough from Duval Street to not hear everything going on in the middle of the night. I thought a of the personal accessories for the guest were homey and quaint.

Quaint small space on Duval. Quiet, clean. Fridge but no microwave. Chair but no room for table. A small inflatable mattress fits if you don’t want to share the small double bed. One BIG downside was the small A/C unit was not able to cool the small space adequately.
