It was so relaxing and wonderful. We will stay here again

The only issue was that the counters and bathrooms had not been cleaned. There was a lot of dust everywhere which is an issue because of grandson and daughter with allergies. I cleaned up as best I could and made sure I cleaned the areas they slept in of dust. We loved this place and will definitely be back. We loved being here and appreciated everything here.

Cleanliness was an issue that I resolved myself. Goodness knows I miss things in my own home.

Great location in downtown Girdwood/Alyeska, walkable to most things, great walking/running trails nearby. The place is spacious and there was a lot of kitchen equipment (though no cooking oil or coffee grounds). It's a loft with 4 beds on the upper level loft and two real bedrooms on the main floor.

This seems like a great place that's poorly run by Vacasa. 1. I booked this place specifically because the listing stated it had laundry and it didn't. Vacasa's response was that there was a laundromat a mile away and therefore it did actually have laundry, which is ridiculous. The Vacasa customer service people were completely unhelpful. 2. There's no WiFi. That is listed on the booking, but I honestly didn't even check because everywhere has WiFi these days. Very strange. 3. There were a lot of little things that showed that the property management wasn't great - the fitting with the sink faucet is really loose, the top bathroom shower barely drains, there's a lot of dog hair on the carpets, one of the legs of the dining room bench is loose and will likely collapse soon, etc. Things that could be easily fixed but weren't. I'm sure the owners put a lot of time and money into the place so I wish I could give a better review. We would stay here again if it weren't for our interactions with Vacasa.

I couldn’t have picked a better place to spend my days with my family in girdwood!

the location was perfect. the cabin itself had such a home feel. everything we needed was accounted for. the cabins layout was wonderful as I could hear my children as they played no matter where they were.

I don’t feel there was anything that I didn’t like about this property

Great location to resort area

The location was great - walking distance to a great breakfast/coffee place - the Bake Shop. Also, very close to resort.

I didn't even think to check for WIFI as I haven't stayed at a place without it, especially with Covid and so many people working remote. It was not cleaned well at all. The coffee was still full in the coffee pot, dishes were in dishwasher but not cleaned and there were no garbage bags. The railing upstairs was lose, not nailed down. I had to call twice to get the codes and their was a definite disconnect with Vacasa and the Booking arrangement. I finally got it by phone and then got a check-in email the day I was checking out, 4-days later??? Overall great place for the stay and if you are looking for a more inexpensive stay but disappointed in amenities, cleanliness. I gave hosts sad face because you don't engage with the hosts and Vacasa was not very personable.

Nice quiet place

Lovely location everyone near us was sweet and kind. Spent 14 days here with our 6 kids.

The door kept freezing shut and making it damn hard to get out!!

Exceptional

As advertised.

Hosts forgot to mention that someone was living on bottom floor. Came as a surprise to see big man and dog entering bottom floor. Place would have been over the top if it had a washer and dryer.
