What a cozy, fun place to stay in a fantastic location. You can walk/run for miles and we did. State Street and the Funk Zone are a sort distance away and the zoo is a 5 minute drive. Bunny., the host, provided great recommendations as well. Parking is on street bot super easy.

The cottage was absolutely charming. It was the perfect location for getting around Santa Barbara. Just a quick walk to the beach, wineries and fabulous restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this rental! Only thing to add, would be a warning about getting to the loft area, it is a narrow spiral staircase not easy for all.
Bunny is a wonderful host who has thought of every convenience!

We enjoyed our stay at Bunny’s cottage last week. The personal touch of her being there for check in/out is not something we’ve had at other VRBOs and was much appreciated. Definitely a walking neighborhood but a car is also good to have for exploration. It is easy to get around the town and find parking. Our best dinner was Bouchon, lunch at Bluewater grill and breakfast at Jeannine’s . Keep in mind the spiral staircase is tricky if you have mobility issues but perfect for kids !! Bunny even shipped us a treasured stuffy when my daughter left it behind. She’s great, the cottage is great, book it and enjoy this lovely area !

Bunny, the owner, was extremely accommodating and very kind with our changes and needs. The cottage is located in a fabulous street, very close to the Harbor and to State St, which is the main street in SBarbara.
It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including cooking. The kitchen has everything you need, including oil and salt and pepper. The bedrooms are comfortable, and my daughter enjoyed sleeping in the loft.
We will definitely stay at Bunny’s Cottage when we return next year. Thank you for a lovely vacation.

What a lovely experience! We found Beach Bunny Cottage almost by accident with a random Google search and everything fell into place! The cottage is a warm and welcoming abode two blocks from the beach and so many restaurants within walking distance. You're on a quiet residenial street and parking was never a problem. The cottage was perfect, very clean, well stocked and everything worked. The back patio is such a cute place and well appointed. Bunny contacted us many times to make sure our check-in and stay was going well. Thank you so much for a wonderful two-day stay which was not enough to see this delightful city! We will be back!

My college girlfriends and I had a great stay at Bunny’s Beach Cottage! Bunny’s place was cozy, spotless and walking distance to the Funk Zone, State Street and the beach. Check in and check out was very easy and Bunny and David made us feel like family and not just customers. Thank you for making our reunion such a special one! We can’t wait to return!

The Beach Bunny Cottage did not disappoint and even exceeded our expectations. It looks exactly as advertised. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great location within walking distance to beach and restaurants, as well as a small/ well stocked grocery store Bunny is a great host and very responsive to any questions or issues. I would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Great beach house within walking distance to both piers and the beach. It was exactly as described and perfect for us as a couple. The kitchen pots, pans, crockery & cutlery were of a higher quality than what one would normally expect in a rental. The split system air conditioning in the main bedroom and the unit in the kitchen family room worked perfectly.

We loved this quaint, adorable and super clean little cottage. Were in Santa Barbara for our son’s wedding. Was nice to have a large main bedroom/bathroom with plenty of light to get ready for the wedding. We enjoyed the back patio and our grandkids, although they didn’t stay with us, saw and LOVED the loft. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish, we had an excellent experience at Bunny’s Beach Cottage. Bunny delivers concierge service, from contact before arrival, to orientation to the home, recreation, historical, and cultural opportunities for your stay. The Botanic Gardens are not to be missed, along with a ride on the Little Toot! We’re recommending Bunny’s to friends and family, but look forward to our own return.

We had the most lovely stay - at the end of quite a long road trip it was so nice to have somewhere calm to stay and relax to finish off our holiday. Beach Bunny Cottage is really well located - whilst being in a peaceful neighbourhood street, and we managed to ditch our hire car and walk everywhere (though there is convenient parking on the road outside if you need it). Bunny was such a lovely host, really responsive and helpful, with recommendations and local knowledge coming out of her ears if you needed it! The cottage itself was lovely, the bedroom in particular is huge and light during the day, but cosy and comfortable at night, a lovely bed, doors out onto the decking (with insect screens) and air con if needed. The two bathrooms are very handy and had a great shower, and the kitchen was well equipped, even down to things like clingfilm, salt and pepper, oil, etc.
I confess we didn't check out the mezzanine area as there were just the two of us, but I really enjoyed starting out my day on the decking with a coffee. All in all, we had such a lovely stay and would wholeheartedly recommend Beach Bunny Cottage as a place to stay in Santa Barbara.

Bunny’s Beach House exceeded expectations.
The space is light, bright and airy with a lovely secluded backyard patio and seating areas framed by bamboo trees. The house is cozy comfortable and fully outfitted for long stays. And it’s spotless! There are well-appointed linens and several comfy throws as well as extra towels and bath products. Location is perfect, close to the beach and restaurants in a friendly neighborhood. It’s so inviting that it’s hard to leave the cottage. We’ll definitely stay here on future trips to Santa Barbara. Five stars!

Great, cute cottage within easy walking distance of the wharf, restaurants, the funk zone and State Street. Very nice, private back deck. Best suited for a couple (and possibly tweens). The second bedroom is up some narrow circular stairs and has a low ceiling.
The host is the Best. She met us there, showed us how to work everything AND she is shipping me my iPad which I accidentally left there.

This is such a cute cottage and the location is perfect for walkers and cyclists. Bunny was available for questions and was very responsive. I love having the option of a fabulous dinner out (so many good restaurants nearby) or a quiet dinner in. The home is clean and inviting. We will definitely be back!

We were in California briefly for a family wedding, wanted to have some vacation time as part of it. Stayed at the Bunny Cottage for 3 nights. Beautiful, everything we needed was there. Our teens had a great time with the upstairs loft type bedroom when they weren't with the rest of our family. His and her's bathroom and closet space let us prepare well for the wedding. Hotel quality accomodations, but a whole house to enjoy and spread out in as a family. Looking forward to our next visit.

We only stayed two nights at the cottage but loved it. Quiet street only a couple blocks from the beach, but also easy access to State St. For a small footprint, the house makes good use of space. Our family of four never felt crowded. And the back deck is great and feels secluded.
Would definitely stay there again if we ever make it back to Santa Barbara.

This cottage was adorable and perfect for our family of 5. We could walk easily to State Street, the harbor, and the wharf. The area was quiet and felt very safe. Our kids loved the spiral staircase and the built in beds. Bunny was wonderful and always available if needed. We would stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

This property, and Bunny herself, both deserve 5 plus stars! Bunny was so easy to work with and an incredibly gracious hostess. The property was immaculate, exactly as advertised. I would definitely recommend it for families, particularly with older children. My family of four, husband, daughter (14), son (12), and I stayed at the end of June 2023. It was perfect for our kids to get to the loft. The rest of the house truly had everything we needed. The harbor and beach are located only a couple of blocks away and we were able to walk most places. I only wish that we had booked it for longer! Thank you, Bunny!

Bunny is an excellent host, and her communication is stellar. The property was quiet, quaint, and close to places to visit. The advertisement is accurate--the cottage is clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. There are also many little details that Bunny provides, and you would have a great time staying here. Perfect location quick walk to coffee and beach. Don’t bring a car! Take train. Location is 10 minute walk to train station. Rent bikes or scooters because everything is close enough! Comfortable master bedroom and bed. Lovely from porch on tree lines and tree covered street. I read 2 novels while there it was so peaceful. Love the front Dutch door. So nice to keep it open and let the air and sunshine in. Would recommend!
