Private entrance, parking too! Centrally located for access San Diego attractions; Zoo & Balboa Park SDSU Gas Lamp, Little Italy & Convention Ctr all 2-4 miles, Sea World 5.9 mi, & beach 6.7 mi. Plush down filled pillows, duvet on queen Memory Foam mattress. Outdoor space heater to keep you warm during cool nights. Fresh towels, bathrobes and coffee maker are in room. Microwave, small fridge and room darkening shades if you need to catch up on your sleep.

First things first, Catherine was amazing!!!
Place was very clean, having your own patio space is a huge plus, didn’t have a issue with parking, everything is in close proximity!!
Definitely will be staying here again!!

The Casita is perfect. Well laid out and the host provides more things than I could have anticipated. The outside patio is lovely - we were there during the winter - but still spent a whole afternoon relaxing under the space heater. Will definitely come back to stay and highly recommend.

This rental includes a parking space which was SUPER appreciated as street parking is a bit of a nightmare in SD. The patio was amazing. Wish we had been there longer to enjoy!

Lovely casita with a beautiful relaxing patio. It is near the 805 easy access to move around San Diego. We lucked out and caught the Adams Ave Street Fair during our stay.

What a great place for a get away! The casita was just beautiful. Very private, easy access, clean, comfortable and included a parking spot. Perfect for a two people! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this casita! The outdoor space was a lovely addition that we used a lot. Bed was very comfy and shower was great. Location is quiet and private but central to so much. Owner was so very sweet and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again.

Catherine was responsive to all our questions. The check in was seamless and the location was great. Close to all the great spots we wanted to go. The courtyard was lovely as well!

Really wonderful property in N Park! Quiet and clean with a very comfortable bed. Appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, face wash and even men’s body wash in the shower. It was super quiet and we even got to use the driveway to park our rental vehicle. No stairs or anything to conquer if that is not do able for you. Communication with owner was easy and they were responsive. Don’t usually say this but would def stay again!

The accommodations were somehow better than the description. Easy check in/out, spotless, cozy and quiet. The bed is comfortable, the shower was amazing and the outdoor area is beautiful. The letter from the host mentioned that there’s a dog on the property and I was disappointed not to meet (or hear) said pup, the area is safe, conveniently located to restaurants and cafes. I highly recommend this property and will be staying here again in the future if I ever get the opportunity.

We had a great time staying here! It’s in the perfect location - quiet neighborhood with great restaurants within walking distance, and quick access to highways when we needed to drive somewhere!! We highly recommend this place to stay if you want to have fun in and around San Diego!!

We had such a lovely stay with everything we needed. The patio is even more magical than it looks in photos, and the apartment itself is well-appointed. It's in a great neighborhood, away from busy tourist areas but close to a lot of good restaurants. Catherine was lovely and helpful, but there was very little we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed in this casita for four days while visiting our son. It was perfect! It felt like home from the minute we stepped in. The neighborhood has so much to offer within walking distance. After hiking and seeing the sights all day, it was so nice to relax in the back room with comfortable furniture, a water feature, a heater and nice lighting. The only thing lacking was ice for our morning water bottles and end of day cocktails. Cathy was friendly and great with communication. We would definitely stay there again and can’t recommend it highly enough.

The patio is so relaxing. Its a short walk to breweries, restaurants, and shopping. Everything we needed was there. Comfortable bed, clean soft towels and all the small touches make this a great stay.

The property was perfect for our stay in San Diego. It's a bit outside the city but also central to every place you'd want to visit by car. The outside patio is an incredible place to unwind or begin your days in. If you have a car or are fine ubering everywhere, there's no reason not to book this place if available during your stay. You will not be dissapointed.

Loved this Casita! Awesome set up, very private and relaxing. Everything is very clean and the bed is super comfortable! The private patio is amazing and has an awesome Zen feel to it. Loved this spot and will be back. Cathrine was extremely accommodating and very easy to communicate with. 5 stars all the way around!

This property is so so cute and well kept. The location is walking distance to a lot of restaurants, and only a short drive to places like balboa park and midway museum. The owner is very kind, understanding, and responsive if anything happens. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

Great property perfect for a couple’s stay nearby to the many diverse and interesting facets of San Diego. Pictures accurate, everything comfortable and aesthetically pleasing throughout including upgraded toiletries, coffee, and teas. The host’s guides, communications, and suggestions were spot on, timely, and very helpful. Having lots of reasons to return from Austin including season ticket membership with the Padres I’m sure we will book again soon.

Everything was great at this wonderful place! The outside patio area connected to the room is awesome! The host has gone out of her way to make everything perfect! Her recommendations for neighborhood dining and coffee spots were extremely helpful. If we get back to San Diego we will hopefully stay here again!

Jenny’s Casita was perfect for the wife and I. Lots of dining and sight seeing within 2 blocks. The court yard provided the perfect environment to host one of our local friends for a nice evening visit to catch up. We would certainly use this rental again the next time we’re in town. 5 star rating!!

The only issue we had was the head of the bed was very downhill,we ended up sleeping with our heads at the foot. So maybe a couple of bed stands at the head of the bed.
