Our executive suite was excellent with amazing views. We liked that the bar and restaurant were easily accessible through the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was large with a bath. The main living area was large and comfortable.
The cooked breakfast was a bit small but tasty (the porridge was watery)
The bar closed early which was disappointing as we wanted a drink to have on our balcony. The balcony chairs were uncomfortable, could have done with some cushions.

The executive family suite was a lovely design with the double bed upstairs giving everyone a bit more privacy
The views were stunning and the generous balcony was a real bonus
Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff were friendly
The single bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress was lumpy
Our room was not made up during our stay leaving us short on supplies
The pool is quite small
We were not asked on checkout if everything was ok or we would have given this feedback directly
There was a fight with shouting and bad language beneath our balcony on our first night
We were baffled as to how this hotel got four stars
