Lovely place with an amazing view. And the family that runs it was amazing!!

Firstly the view is amazing. Rooms are super cozy and clean. We even had a balcony. The family that runs this hotel is super friendly and inviting. And the breakfast was delicious and the portion was huge!! Overall 10/10 stay

Очаровательная и отзывчивая хозяйка, разрешила выехать чуть позже. Сытный завтрак на 4 человек — полный стол. Чистота. Вид с балкона потрясающий.

Душ немного не в порядке, струи направлены в разные стороны, но, в целом, это не большая проблема.

Идеальный вид из окна Приветливый, добродушный персонал. Отличный европейский завтрак.

В 2х местном номере стояла третья кровать. В номере нет ни одного стула или кресла.

Herrlicher Blick zur Kirche und Berg. Parken vor dem Hotel. Frühstück klein aber ausreichend.

kein Restaurant, was aber nicht schlimm ist, da fußläufig in 10m gute Restaurants gelegen sind (ohne Bustouristen)

Amazing experience

Absolutely wonderful stay at Chemodann Kazbegi! I cannot speak highly enough of our experience at Chemodann Kazbegi. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The hotel is an oasis of comfort, with cozy rooms and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. During our brief one-night stay, we had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious breakfast that was a perfect start to our day of exploring. With all the key attractions within close proximity, the location couldn't have been better. The convenience of having everything nearby made our short visit enjoyable. The true gem of this hotel, however, is the owner. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing helpful tips and making us feel like part of the family. The welcoming atmosphere truly made us feel at home. I highly recommend Chemodann Kazbegi to anyone planning to visit this incredible town. It's a place where comfort, stunning views, and a warm, family-like atmosphere come together to create an unforgettable experience, even during a short stay.

We did not regret that we chose this place for our stay. 10 of 10)

This is not a hotel, but a guest house. It is located in a great location, which allows you to enjoy a beautiful view from the window of the room. Delicious homemade breakfasts, clean comfortable rooms and hospitable hosts. Sophie is a very beautiful and sweet girl. But the biggest love was the funny and kind dog Cooper:)

Nice experience, just some improvements needed.

The room was very nice! And the views are just amazing! Overall it is comfortable place to stay!

The area where the breakfast was didn't seem entirely clean to me. It wasn't entirely well organized. Couldn't find napkins at all and the plates and forks didn't seem new/clean. Also it will be better if the hotel personnel will be more accessible. The reception seemed usually empty and you needed to call them if you had questions which isn't entirely comfortable.

A family-run spot with a homey feel, limited dinner menu, but incredible breakfast.

Chemodan offers a nicely done family guesthouse that feels much like a hotel. It lacks the size and professionalism (and anonymity) of a hotel, but that is part of its charm. There were sweet kids around and nice-sized rooms. The burgers were terrific! And breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Some details were not thought through. Like the electric kettle in our room could not reach the plug. It couldn't even reach the floor, so we had to pull a bedside table over. Not terrible, but an oversight. Also the restaurant offered delicious burgers, but ONLY burgers. Glad we wanted burgers!

Very good

Very nice and cozy hotel with great views of the mountains. Owners Sofi and Miro are super nice and helpful. Hope i spelled their names correctly))) They have breakfast every morning which is a big plus. Rooms are big. Price wise hotel is reasonably priced compared to other properties in the area.

I want to come back!

This is a super place! I recommend everything to everyone. Absolutely amazing view from the room! The balcony is love! Owners are friendly people, smiling, children, dogs! Breakfast is warm and homemade.

Very nice Hotel. With a nice balcony in front of the Kazbek mountain. Very clean. The breakfast was so good. Mari the lady who prepare the breakfast and taking care about the Hotel was amazing. Always having the smile, very friendly.

Hotel has Good location. Polite staff, delicious breakfast

We got a room in terrible condition. The washbasin was broken, the door to the balcony was broken, there was mold on the wall in the bathroom and the paint on the walls fell off in places

Disappointing

This property is not a hotel like mentioned on the page. This is more like a guest house with multiple guest rooms. The hosts were hardly to be seen as they were busy taking care of their own personal chores. Lunch and Dinner will not be provided even if you are willing to pay for the same. Breakfast spread was very basic with almost no options - chicken nuggets, fried eggs and some sweet snacks for both days of our stay. Since you are in a guesthouse in a silent location with multiple rooms, you are expected to respect privacy of guests and not disturb others as loud laughs or music or group talks can easily be heard from other rooms and this seemed to be an issue for the hosts. So if you are with friends or family and would like to just chill in your room and have some fun, this is not the place for you. Bottled mineral water will not be provided as we were told we could use tap water for drinking. Also no lifts are available and no one to help you with your luggage - so please be prepared to climb stairs with your trolley bags. P.S - the property images shown on the page do not depict the actual scenario.

the perfect view 🥰

The property was just as shown, amazing view🥰 very neat rooms and bathroom . well greeted at the reception and very friendly too. we really enjoyed the breakfast with the view 🥰

What we really missed was a mirror in the room and an iron box. only the bathroom had a mirror and we were three people. Other than that it was great .
