Spacy rooms with private terrace and parking area.
Kitchen had all eq. We needed.
Good connection to rest of the island and to city centre.
Even though the terrace is oriented to west, there is not much sunlight during the day.
Bed had only one king size blanket which was more like a cover, the nights are warm but for some people used to normal blankets this might be unconfortable.
Windows seem to had mosquito net system installed, but the actual nets were missing and only installed in living room. We used the shades as protection but the airflow is reduced and can be again unconfortable for some people during night.
For people with rented car - you will also have remove for the parking gate, which closes automatically and quite quickly, sometimes you have to give way on the main street, for which you stay with your car directly at the gate, there is potential risk the gate will start to close and hit your car if you stay there for more than 10 sec. The parking area is quite narrow and not ideal for bigger cars.
Humidity on the island is high. We kept all windows opened for the whiole time, that helped, but most of the wooden furniture had a terrible smell from it. We did not use any wardrobes to not have smelly clothes.
Water heating system was something to get used to, means regulating between hot and cold for shower was tricky.
