Nestled in Barcelona, this charming condo for $324 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Panoramic Sagrada Familia 0: The Centric Sagrada Familia neighborhood of Barcelona forms part of the Eixample of Barcelona and it is a relaxing residential area of the city. The wonderful temple of the Sagrada Familia, masterwork of the modernist architect Antoni Gaudí is located absolutely in front to our building. Likewise, just 100m around our placeis plenty of servicesthat makes our apartments a perfect option for a comfortable vacation stay in Barcelona. This comfortable 65M² apartmentis situated on the second floor (level 3). This building has no lift to access to the apartment. Stairs are easy to walk up and our reception staff will take care of your luggage up and down. Apartment has four balconies(two in the bedrooms and two at living room) something that it is unique in the city, making the apartment extremely luminous. You also have access to an incredible 130M² private terrace/solariumin the top of the building. Garden pots decorated with Gaudí style mosaic make it very pleasant. It is equipped with table, chaise lounges and big parasols and exterior lights. Perfect for having breakfast, lunch or dinner enjoying the most privileged view of the Cathedral, which is lit up until the night. Furthermore, the terrace is also equipped with plugs for electrical devices. A late check-in fee (20€) will apply for those arrivals after 22:00 hours.

This is literally stationed in the front yard to La Sagrada Família. No other location has this great of a location or view. Good grief. Would highly recommend based on location alone! Owner was friendly and he also owns the restaurant downstairs. Can’t beat this place. One of the best finds ever!

We had a wonderful stay right in front of the Sagrada Familia. You are right in the thick of things there. It was comfortable for our family of 5….although we did need the couch to pull out into a bed so we lost some space there. The check in was super easy and everything was explained very well. They were very helpful in getting us a van on our departure. The restaurants steps from the front door are delicious!!!!

Wow! The view is as advertised and even better at night. We were on the third floor and incredibly grateful for the wonderful staff who hauled our bags all the way up! We were a bit sad the washing machine didn’t work as we had counted on our Barcelona stop to do some laundry and while there was the offer to use the machine on the first floor we did not feel that would work well at the end of the night. Would highly recommend this VRBO in Barcelona, Arturo the owner and the other staff are very responsive and helpful amd the view and location could not be better!

My husband, a friend and I, all around 70 stayed here for 4 nights. It's a nice apartment, and a great location. The view of the Sagrada Familia is wonderful. We got tickets to go in first thing in the morning when the light is incredible and it isn't too crowded. It's a long climb (5 more flights) to the rooftop, but it's a great view from there as well.

My family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed for 5 nights and we very much enjoyed both the location and easy access to everything as well as the apartment. The apartment was modern, clean and exactly as described in the photos. There were an abundance of great restaurants to eat at and the metro station was a very short walk that allowed for easy access. It is a very busy part of the city, and the view of La Sagrada is fabulous, if you are not used to a bustling city, bring ear plugs for sleeping. Would stay here again!

ONE BLOCK FROM SAGRADA FAMILIA, BIG VIEW OF THE CATHEDRAL FROM TWO DOUBLE PATIO DOORS. NICE NEIGHBORHOOD ON THE HOP ON HOP OFF BLUE LINE. EXCELLENT ASSITANCE WAS PROVIDED BY ANDREW, THE ON SITE MANAGER. IF I STILL RAN A BUSINESS I WOULD HIRE THIS YOUNG MAN IN A HEART BEAT. GOOD RESTAURANTS WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE. NICE APARTMENT, A BIT NOISY AT NIGHT, BUT WELL WORTH THE PRICE AND SERVICE PROVIDED.

The apartment is directly opposite the Sagrada Famillia Basilica. The view from the apartment is great but go to the roof terrace and it’s stunning. Great location to explore Barcelona. Close to the Metro and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. Apartment was very clean with two good sized bedrooms. Sofa bed in the living room was comfortable. 60 steps up to the apartment but was not too bad. Stay would have been even better if there was maybe the option of a welcome pack with coffee, water etc. We arrived after midnight and although there was a supermarket nearby we were too tired to venture out. Carlos was very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment.

This location is amazing and convenient to anywhere you want to go. Plenty of restaurants and shopping right there. The windows overlook the park and the amazing LA Familia. We got the roundtrip pick up from/to airport, prompt service with friendly staff. There is metro (very clean) on either side of the church so just a block away. Groceries/Farmicia across the street. Apt is very clean and has everything you need. Roof top terrace is great day or night. There are alot of steps! But worth it.

I was more than pleasantly surprised when we showed up to our apartment to find that we had the most BEAUTIFUL view of Sagrada Familia from out window and balcony. Possibly the best view in the city. On top of that, the apartement was roomy and clean. Arthur (the owner) was very easy to contact and extremely kind and willing to help. There's no doubt in my mind that next time we travel to Barcelona we will stay here.

New Year's and Three Kings Day near Sagrada Familia
Arturo and Andrew were fantastic!
Excellent communication. Both reached out to me over a few months to make pick up arrangements, and confirm arrival. Andrew met us when we arrived late on Dec. 30th and helped me carry my suitcase up.
We arrived on Dec. 30th, left on Jan 8. and stayed in the third floor apt with gorgeous views of Sagrada Familia. Cute Christmas lights on the banister, and a cute little tree with lights for the living room. It was all very cheery!
My husband and I were in one room, and our two children (age 19 and 21) were in the other. I was able to request to have the two twin beds for them split apart which was great.
The beds were comfy, extra pillows were in the closet, and a generous number of towels for the bathroom. Plenty of drawer and shelf storage available to hold clothes.
Sound proofing to the outside was AMAZING! Two separate windows with a wooden screen in between closed out almost all the sound to the outside. When you open the windows, the sound is astonishing for how quiet it is when you are inside with the windows shut. The walls between the flats aren't as quiet. With our heads near the wall, we could hear the neighbors talking. Not what they were saying, but definitely the talking, so take care about noise. We tried! Hopefully succeeded.
This was one of my favorite places I've stayed. The location is superb! Jet lag kept me up many nights, so I really enjoyed watching the church that never sleeps, and the park that welcomes all. Loved watching the park right below us. Mornings were kids playing on the play structures and the old guys playing bocce/picante. Night times strolling couples, curious tourists, and visitors. Only once saw the park empty, and it was about 5 in the morning. Rest of the time, loved watching the sun rise over the church.
The metro and a well stocked grocery store was a short block away. I picked up coffee and cream, tea, and a loaf of bread, butter, jam, cheeses and meats for our family breakfasts.
Every restaurant we tried was excellent!
If using the washer and dryer, get a tutorial from Arturo on how to use the machine. I found it difficult to figure out how to separate the functions. Laundry soap was provided.
3 kings parade on the 5th. Get there very early, or bring a ladder. There was a notice on the board below, and Arturo mentioned it when he saw us. We got there an hour before, and it was already about 10 rows of people deep.

Room with a view!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The check in was friendly and efficient. The staff made reservations for dinner and a traditional Spanish dance performance. The performance was amazing and we were treated like VIPs. We really enjoyed the view of the Sagrada Familia. We watched many wedding parties having their pictures taken in front of the interesting Sagrada. We would love to stay again.

Not age old people stairs too many
The room and view of the church Sagrada Familia is spectacular BUT never was it mentioned that our room was the 5th floor( really SEVEN!!!) levels. 120 steps and NO elevator. Too much for elderly - were are 70 and 75 years old. It should be clearly advertised that property has NO elevator and even 1st floor is the THIRD level UP. But rooms and amenities are great!
