Bellissimo

Struttura nuova vicinissima a tutti i punti di interesse della città . Dotata di tutti i confort necessari, arredamenti nuovi e soprattutto pulito. Io ero nell’appartamento 4B che si affaccia in un cortile interno ma la cosa non mi è dispiaciuta perché si è lontani da qualsiasi rumore notturno.Molto gentili anche il personale alla reception: ho avuto bisogno del taxi e me lo hanno prenotato . Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Preu molt elevat pel que és l'apartament

El millor la situació: a dues passes de la plaça de la Verge i de la catedral, tot i que la plaça de la Reina estava en obres.

Apartament molt petit. Per anar a la terrassa s'ha de passar per dins la dutxa! Molt complicat per arribar-hi amb cotxe degut a que esta en àrea de vianants.

Would not book again

It was my second stay in this property. The first time went well, I liked the location and the flat was good for a short stay. Unfortunately the second time was not great at all.

There was no hot water for half of my stay. I had to raise this issue 3 times in 6 days, every time they would "fix it" for a day then no hot water again.

Egzotyczny nocleg

Lokalizacja w ścisłym centrum idealna do zwiedzania. Niesamowity wystrój wnętrz i ciekawy budynek. Cisza. Pełne wyposażenie z pralką, żelazkiem , zmywarką, suszarką do włosów itd. Duża lodówka z zamrażalnikiem. Balkon z meblami. Bardzo ciepło zimą (pranie wyschlo w 2-3 godziny). Kompletna pościel plus ciepłe koce, które nawet nie były potrzebne. Duży metraż. Miękkie ręczniki. Duży stół. Bardzo czysto. TV z wieloma kanałami, również kilkoma w języku angielskim i stacjami radiowymi. Miły i pomocny personel (rejestracja w osobnym budynku, ale bardzo blisko). Przechowalnia bagażu. Można uzgodnić godziny przybycia i wyjazdu, jeżeli nie ma innych gości. Blisko do niezliczonej liczby kafejek, restauracji i innych klimatycznych miejsc. Zdecydowanie to miejsce będzie pierwszym wyborem podczas kolejnej wizyty.

Nieco ciasnawa łazienka, zwłaszcza miejsce na toaletę (wciśnięte jakby na siłę pomiędzy umywalkę i prysznic). Prysznic jedynie z deszczownicą, co nie jest idealnym rozwiązaniem dla każdego, mimo to bardzo przyjemny, gdy się z niego korzysta. Głośna pralka w salonie.

Noisy apartment. Fine if you are planning to stay out all night long!

Easy to collect from box outside the apartment door as we arrived after 8pm when reception was closed.

Very noisy. The road below was pedestrian only, but so so noisy with people turning out of restaurants and bars all night long and walking along chatting, laughing, singing etc and the sound carried up echoing loudly into our room. Friday and Saturday nights were particularly bad and we got very little sleep indeed and it ruined the first few days of our holiday. We slept a little better from the Sunday evening, in part because we were so exhausted. Reception said they couldn’t move us on any of the nights, which given we were staying five we weren’t impressed with. They assured us it would be better on weekdays. It was slightly better, but of course with tourists around there were still people making noise at night. On the Tuesday morning we were awoken by a cement mixer lorry at 8am right below our window and with an opposite building being renovated with rubble being thrown down a chute! Would not recommend this place unless you are guaranteed a courtyard internal room or plan to party all night and sleep is not your priority.

Idéal pour l’emplacement

L’emplacement en plein centre

Les équipements, l’accès au balcon par la douche, vu le prix payé, j’aurais aimé avoir la possibilité de prendre un café dans l’appartement, juste deux sticks, la bouilloire. Nous avons connu des hôtels moins chers avec des Nespresso. Rue bruyante le soir mais en plein centre.

Mi valoración es para el Mon Suites Catedral, ya que el mismo día de la reserva nos llamaron para traspasarnos, según ellos por problemas de desagües en el Nicolas. Nos alojaron en un apartamento más grande que el contratado por las molestias. El apartamento está en una plaza muy chula y con mucho ambiente, por lo que tiene sus pro y sus contra, ya que estas en pleno centro de Valencia,con casi todos los puntos de interés cultural cerca, pero también hay ruido. Es un lugar correcto para alojarse, limpio, ordenado, con cocina completa y lavadora.

Podría ser un poco más comodo, solo había un sofá, pequeño e incómodo. Y eso contando que el apartamento tenía 2 habitaciones, por lo que si van mas de dos personas, una se tiene que sentar en la silla si quiere ver la tv. No hay persianas. No me gustó que me avisaran el mismo día que llegabamos, y ver luego en booking que seguían anunciando el San Nicolas como disponible.

Excellent location,clean with helpful staff

Staff were very helpful especially the man in the reception when we were checking out on the 13th. Great location very central and yet quiet at night .Would return.

Had a wonderful long weekend in the vibrant city of Valencia enjoying the local bars and restaurants

Being very central to the old city of Valencia. We have visited many times as our son lives there and never tire of the experience. The vibrancy of the city is wonderful with lots of young people out enjoying themselves, walking, drinking in the bars or eating out. There never appears to be any drunkenness and the city is kept very clean. Valencia is well known for the graffiti on the buildings, some of which is amazingly artistic.

It was quite noise well into the early hours of the morning because the apartment is in a small side road that has busy vars at either end and a couple of restaurants in the street. This did not bother us particularly because it was the price you pay for being so central. Not ideal though if you want a very quiet peaceful night.

Highly recommend location, and spacious apartment with excellent Air Conditioning.

Excellent location, spacious accomm, super comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, brilliant Air Conditioning, fabulous high pressure in the showers. Everything was so clean. Fabulous reception staff, so helpful.

A little Nespresso machine would be nice

Valencia was special the accommodation was not

The location although it was noisy up until 4 am every night which kept us awake

The booking.com complimentary taxi didn’t arrive as promised. The apartment was not as indicated with no balcony or outside window at floor level. It was built below ground level like a bunker. The bedroom was open plan over the kitchen which was embarrassing as we were staying with non family members

Superb

The room was amazing, brilliant and helpful staff on arrival, clean and well looked after room. Really nice surprise to have a balcony as well.

Only slight disappointment would perhaps be the noise, but even so thats slightly picky there's not alot they can do about that and it really isn't a massive problem as others on here seem to suggest so.

Central location apartment

Excellent location,very modern and ultra clean place,as previous reviews said its very well equipped, with all you would ever need-in the kitchen, in the bathroom,all! Comfy bed as well

It's quite noisy, high ceilings from which I could hear the couple above us in the bedroom talking, and later that day-their baby crying quite a lot. It says In the description that it's sound proof but you hear your neighbours even when they talked normal, also at night as the week progressed it was noisy on the street as well-very quiet on Monday and Tuesday, starting to get noisier on Wednesday and Thursday and really noisy Friday and Saturday evening. Even though its a small street. Also, I left apples and bananas on the kitchen table and got crazy ant problem! Ants were coming from under and behind the washing machine, never even thought keeping fruits would attract them, also-in winter, there was lots of them!

Beautiful, spacious apartments in absolutely fantastic location

The location of the property couldn’t be better: a few steps from the cathedral and everything going on in the square, as well as having several wonderful restaurants less than 20 meters from the front door! Inside is spacious, beautifully-decorated and well-equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable, bed linen was of a high quality, and it was nice seeing so much art on the walls. We also thought the balcony was a lovely added bonus. The man at the check in office was very friendly and accommodating, and kindly stored our bags for us on the last day which we appreciated.

Unfortunately there is a lot of sound bleed between the apartments - we were staying at a quiet time of year so it wasn’t too frequent but when it was occurring the noise from people going up and down the stairs (as well as using the bathroom in neighbouring apartments - honestly it sounded like they were in the room with us!) definitely impacted on our stay. We had to sleep with earplugs, including our daughter, and she still woke from the noise. For feedback purposes I would say the very high standards of the facilities would be improved further if some basics like a tea-towel for drying dishes, salt and washing up liquid (even a small one) could be included. It feels like a waste of resources each new guest having to purchase full size versions of these items from the local shops (and presumably them being disposed of between guests).

Loctaion is central but proceed with cation

Washing machine and apartment size.

Apartment was very dark not much natural light. There was construction next door (would have been nice to be informed when making booking) Additionally noise from nerby bars made it very difficult to sleep. People screaming in the street at all hours of the night.

VERY NOISY DUE TO THIN WINDOWS AND NOT SOUNDPROOFED

the location is just okay. AC is good. nothing very special apart from the entrance of the building.

IT WAS VERY NOISY. We stayed for 3 days and we didn’t sleep very well. at 2am in the morning so many people talking on the street and one night there were people fighting on the street and we could here it very loud and clear. We were in the 2nd floor. the windows are not soundproofed- that’s the problem. it’s very disappointing because we always stay in Mon Suite Benlliure and this Mon Suite San Nicolas is a let down. the layout is terrible too. you need to walk very far due to very long narrow hall way just to pee at night. We don’t recommend this unless you are light sleeper.
