Nestled in Indian Rocks Beach, this lovely condo for $364 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Beautiful DOUBLE BALCONY, located at 399 2nd St, Indian Rocks Beach, FL, unit 4420, 4th Floor END UNIT 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Vacation Condo directly on the intracoastal with spectacular views and onsite Splash Harbour Water Park in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. One of only seven units with TWO private balconies overlooking the intracoastal and water park. Intracoastal views are direct and unobstructed right from the condo and private balcony. The second private balcony overlooks the pool and water park. Includes 4 Free daily water park passes good for each day of your stay (over $100 per day value) with an option to purchase 6 additional water park passes for $14 per guest per day (subject to change) which is 50% off regular price. The water park is open year round, is heated, has a lazy river, pool, two large water slides and a kid splash area. The splash area is not heated. It is loads of fun for everyone! In addition, there are two large rooftop sun decks with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and gorgeous sunsets. The Gulf of Mexico, with access to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach, is a short two blocks away (3 minute walk.) The condo is just steps from family friendly restaurants, bike rentals, boat rentals, fishing charters, miniature golf, game room and the marina. One parking space is allotted for the unit. Additional vehicles can park for free along the city streets on a first come first served basis or at the adjacent Holiday Inn for $20/day. TWO Private Balconies: One balcony overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and the other balcony overlooks the Splash Harbour Waterpark. The views are great! You can spot dolphins and watch boats cruise the intracoastal or you can see the fun at Splash Harbour Waterpark from the private balconies. This is truly a great find right on the intracoastal with on site water park access and steps from the beach. It is the best of all worlds with access to everything you need. We provide all the comforts of home so you can spend your time enjoying your vacation. Come see for yourself. You're sure to enjoy it! The condo has a dining area, living room, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer & dryer and two large balconies. The unit is fully furnished with: Fully Functional Kitchen: Full size spacious kitchen including granite countertops, dishwasher, range & oven, microwave, full size refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, cups, glasses, pots & pans, bakeware, utensils, toaster, blender, etc. Living and Dining Room: Plenty of seating in living room with couch and 2 large accent chairs, free WiFi and cable, 50" TV, and dining table & six chairs. A DVD player and an assortment of games, cards and puzzles are also provided. Bed & Bath: 2 queen size beds in each bedroom, HD TVs in both bedrooms (50" and 40"), blackout curtains, fresh linens (including duvet covers that are changed and washed after each guest) and towels, protective coverings for both mattress and box spring, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. We had a wonderful experience staying in this condo. It was very comfortable for our family of three. The cleanliness of the unit exceeded our expectations. There was nothing that we needed during our stay because the condo was well stocked and updated. Communication with Janet was fantastic. She was very responsive to all questions I had before traveling. She even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The view from the patio on the intercoastal is so nice. The beach is a very short and easy walk across the street.
Our family enjoyed Pipo & Betty’s bakery for breakfast. We also liked McGough Nature Preserve (just on the other side of the bridge). We went there three times to feed the turtles.
I would 100% stay here again. We can’t wait to come back!

Everthing was clean and as advertised. A few glitches out of their control but were fixed quickly. There are alot of restaurants and shops that you really do not need a car. Have your groceries delivered. Thanks to the host for a great stay! Will stay again.

Janet and Joseph were wonderful to work with! We even got to meet them as soon as we arrived. They gave us a tour of the condo, property and great recommendations on places to go and eat. Their condo had everything we needed for the beach, water park passes, a pack n play and enough necessity items to get us through the week! Will definitely look to stay here again if we come back to the area!

After hours of searching for the perfect condo, I landed on Janet & Joseph’s place. It has everything I wanted! Location with a pool on site, tiki bar & restaurant!! The water park is quaint, which is perfect because you won’t lose your children while you’re enjoying those top shelf margaritas from the tiki bar! Janet met us at the condo, gave us a quick rundown and tour of the property. This place has not 1, but TWO balconies. One overlooks the bay where big boats are docked and this is where we at breakfast every morning, and cocktails every evening. It was wonderful! The 4th floor is awesome. It’s not too far up, but just high enough to get a great view. The condo is VERY clean, toiletries provided- which is nice. There are a few basic condiments in the fridge, and spices. They provide movies, books, and games! The beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning works amazingly. I used the blender to whip up pina coladas- works like a dream.
The beach is just a quick 5 minute walk across the street. There are tons of beach toys, a couple chairs, and even a wagon to carry it all provided in a closet outside. There are a few restaurants you can walk to, and a delicious little bakery right up the street to the left. We had zero trouble finding parking in the parking garage- it wasn’t busy. (End of April).

To begin, the OWNER met us at the door with a great smile and winning attitude (she even helped my little one push the elevator button)! Janet then explained all of the details and amenities of the condo and took us on a brief tour to make sure we understood the layout of the area surrounding the condo.
The condo is pristine and adorably appointed! The owners have thought of every detail you could wish for: two types of coffee makers, washer and dryer, every beach amenity you could need (towels, toys, chairs,umbrella) and more. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious and neat.
The surrounding area boasted a water park perfect for little explorers (especially during the week days—as the weekends brought some teens hanging out). The pool area was so clean! Outside of the condo, restaurants and shops were within walking distance and lovely.
I was already daydream-booking my return to this spot while on the vacation :). I will be sure to return and bring friends!

It was the perfect size for our family (husband, me, our 8 year old and 2 month old+ our niece 16 & 2 nephews 14) - it was a full condo but plenty of space! We loved that this one has 2 balconies and convenient location to water park, beach, restaurants, ice cream, stores and only a 15 minute drive to Madeira where we met our friends for a day. Janet was amazing and so kind! The pack n play was perfect for our baby - recommend staying in the room that’s water park side due to the size of room and plenty of space for luggage + pack n play & moving around. The beach closet had everything we needed, especially the wagon! Life saver! Place was super clean and shipt order was perfect to set us up for the week! We definitely would come back again - thank you so much!!

We had a 5 star stay over Thanksgiving in IRB. The condo was perfect, just like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable for my family of 5. We loved having our Thanksgiving dinner on the porch over looking the water.
Janet and Joe were the perfect hosts. They met us at the condo and showed us everything we needed for our stay. They recommended great restaurants too. They checked on us during our stay and even contacted me after because I left a pair of earrings at the condo that they are mailing to me. They are honest and good people.
The condo had everything we needed for our stay. My kids loved having a closet full of toys to take to the beach. The beach was a quick walk away and beautiful, calm water and pretty shells. We loved playing games every night with the games provided, we now have some monopoly fanatics in my house.
The water park was so much fun! What a treat for my northern kids to get to swim over thanksgiving break. We had a blast.
