Situated in Ocean Isle Beach, this attractive condo for $195 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This Ocean Front condo underwent a complete kitchen and bathroom renovation in 2019 and has all new paint and decor as of January 2023! The white, all wood cabinetry and the quartz countertops brighten up the condo! There is also ample storage in the pantry with pull out drawers. And all kitchen appliances are new as of 2018. We updated to a tankless water heater in 2019 so there is no fear of running out of hot water. It also allows for lots of storage in the bathroom. It is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities of home. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on your private deck with a fantastic ocean and pier view. This unit also has a terrific view of the pool and is very close to the beach access. And because OIB faces south you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset on the private deck. Staying at OC110 over July 4th also offers you a front row seat to the fireworks display that takes place at the pier next door. The master suite features a queen bed with foam topper and a whirlpool tub with ceramic tile surround. There is a bunk nook that is perfect for the kids. Please remember that sheets and towels are not provided. There is beautiful tile throughout the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer in the unit. Within walking distance to restaurants, pier, arcade, mini-golf, playground, museum and shops. Outdoor concerts within walking distance on Friday evenings from Memorial Day through Labor Day. My wife and I only had 1 night at this lovely condo but we could have spent the week. It is perfect size and only steps from the beach with a great view. And walking distance to everything. I definitely recommend it.

Our vacation was great … great location to everything and ocean front. The only thing I would say is that our place could have been a little cleaner . I had to clean out the dish washer with colorox wipes and the silverware drawer needs some cleaning overall the condo needs a deep cleaning and the rug in from room needs to be replaced . Other than that we had a great trip .

The location, cleanliness and size of this condo were perfect. Very close to stores, mini golf, ice cream, the pool and the beach. Well-appointed and decorated. Comfortable stay and we hope to return next year!

Everything was perfect with the exception of the door lock. We had trouble accessing the condo with the electronic pad and had to use a key all week. Small issue in my book.

This was our first trip to OIB and we were very impressed. The condo was perfect for our stay. We were within walking distance of multiple restaurants, stores and activities. The condo was very clean and comfortable and perfectly situated for the beach and pool!

Beautiful condo. Wish we would have know that we needed to bring our own towels and sheets. Fortunately, friends staying at a another unit in the same complex had extra that we could use. Great location and plenty of parking. We walked to restaurants and enjoyed the beautiful view. Biggest negative was our stay was too short!

This place has great view.. The unit it self isnt comfortable. Gave this place a second chance, but to no avail it fail. The heat doesn't work properly. The place wasn't clean ceiling fan ,table , shower dirty. I made owner aware. She stated she was having all done. Why rent if you know these things need to be done. I had a tour from owner above , after telling her about my unit, that place above awesome. So I will be rented that.. I took pictures of all the problems in unit ..below.

Love this condo! This was our third stay in Ocean Cove 110 and I am sure we'll be back again. The condo is clean, well equipped and lots of storage in the kitchen and bathroom. Has a tankless water heater, which is great. Location in the complex is awesome! Communication with the owner is very good. Jennifer checked on us after the storm surge and flooding from hurricane Ian. As always it was a perfect two weeks.
