Perfect!

Perfect! Location, equipment, comfort, cleanliness was great. In the heart of Valencia, just next to Mercado Central, shops, restaurants. You can feel like home - all necessary equipment is available. Highly recommend.

Definitely a recommendation for Valencia!

The central location, the big, HUGE apartment. Traveling with a business partner we had plenty privacy and both our own bathroom.

Beautuful stay the heart of Valencia

Huge wonderful duplex in the heart of pedestrian zone, across Mercado central. Perfect location for exploring the city, peaceful. Wonderfull view from the living room, three separate bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

Beds on the upper floor could have been much better.

Exceptional

Ridiculously great location. Right opposite the market. We absolutely loved Valencia, so much to do. We also managed to get locked out of the apartment thanks to our kids leaving the key in the door and the owner's came to our rescue promptly and politely. Very nice of them as it could have ruined our holiday if there'd been a massive lock smith bill.

Read carefully make sure you know the situation

Location and over all size

A couple of things I wish I would have known before hand. The terrace was not usable unless you were a smoker and there were cigarettes left on the ground not great for kids to find. The property is in poor condition. If you are bothered by cleanliness, holes in walls, or doors that don’t operate this place is not for you. I think it would be great for a group of young people traveling together that may not mind such things. Also one bathroom didn’t work upon arrival they did offer to fix it but, with Covid we didn’t want people working on it durning our stay.

Scammed

The apartment was noisy until late and some of the furniture was dirty. In addition they accused us of breaking a bed and kept half of our deposit after sleeping multiple nights on a broken bed. Feels like a scam :(

Central spacious apartment with good views

Within easy reach of Old Town and main shopping area though quite a hike from bus station Clean and bright Spacious though a strange long shape to apartment. Plenty of storage, kitchen utensils and cleaning products. Plenty of light from big windows. Coffee pods and small olive oil pkt nice surprise. Lovely views of Central Market and an enormous tree outside. Decent value for money

Not owners' fault but big public construction and pipework outside from 0715 every weekday. Very noisy in double bedroom. Also late night revellers returning at 2 am noisy on street outside. Sofas not very comfortable and chairs in lounge need reupholstering or cleaning properly. Sink in one bathroom slow to drain. Deposit of 200 euro required through credit card, though this was refunded within a couple of days

Very good

The apartment is beautiful, full of light and airy, in a nice building and a wonderful location. It's practically right in the center, across the street from the Mercado Central, with a lot of shops and cafes right in the street. Totally in the heart of the city. The host is very nice and she welcomef us hours before the normal check in. Thank you, Katerina!

The cleaning in the apartment needs more attention. Some of the dishes and cutlery in the cupboard were dirty, the oven and trays had not been cleaned, the floor was not thouroughly clean (we dirtied our socks in the few hours after arriving, just by walking around). The couch has srains and we had to cover it with a sheet as it did not feel ok to sit on.

Everything was amazing. Katerina is a star. She welcomed us warmly and gave us some great tips. The apartment is really lovely and the location is stunning.

Excellent stay!

Beautiful, spacious and clean apartment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect with an amazing view. We will definitely come back again.
