Beautiful place with a large footprint, lots of room to spread out, lovely screened porch and outdoor dining with a view of the bay. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bath, this place was perfect for our family! Very gracious and helpful owner!

While we had a great vacation, and the unit really nice, the cooktop wasn't connected. No one came to fix it so a lot of food we purchased before arriving had to be thrown away and we had to eat out nearly every meal. The sheets were scratchy and the beds not the most comfortable. There were plenty of dishes and glasswear. Nice tvs and appliances.

The family absolutely loved this unit. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and kitchen utensils. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were a nice size. The washer and dryer are full size so doing the family laundry was easy. The elevators were working and the pool area was very clean. Our son's family have stayed in various rentals and they agreed Reflections at Bay Point, Unit 301 is exceptional. They never stayed anywhere that nice. The accomodations made it a great family vacation - plenty of room for everyone.

What a beautiful space we could enjoy with family and friends! We loved how we all have our own rooms and bathrooms! Only thing we wish we had was hangers in each closet!! Otherwise it was perfect. The property was gorgeous.. we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and loves the catamaran we probably rented was right there off a private beach! Loved our place away from all the hustle and bustle of PCB.

With a family of 6, this was the nicest place we have ever stayed. There was a special touch in each room with the furnishings and decorations and everyone had their own space and bathroom. I loved the balcony and gathering for a family meal around the table. We all slept great and enjoyed the heated pools and hot tub. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven!

It is very spacious and no one felt crowded or inturded upon by anyone else. There were 5 adults 2 kids and an infant. My kids LOVE this particular condo because of the pool. It gets 5 stars for them. The unit is well appointed and has every kitchen item you can think of. It is the best stocked condo kitchen I've seen. All the luxuries of home and upgraded appliances make cooking less of a chore. Thumbs down to the 2nd elevator being out of order.

Perfect condo. Close to perfect property. We will be back!!
First let me say that "perfect" is almost impossible but this place is close. The condo itself is incredible and like new. It truly is a 5 star unit. You cannot ask for anything more. It has everything you could possibly every need. Also, the owner is very responsive if an issue is reported. On the second day we were there (Sunday afternoon) we noticed that one of the air conditioning zones was not cooling properly. We contacted VACASA who reached out to the owner and within a couple of hours a repairman was onsite and repaired the AC. Sherry (sp?), the VACASA onsite contact even met and stayed (after hours) with the repairman while we were out at dinner. I have never seen that kind of response/service. On a scale of 1-10 this condo is a 10. The property is beautiful and the pool is incredible. At times there were so few people at the pool it was like we had it to ourselves. The only negative that kept me from giving the property a 5 star rating was the elevator. There are only a pair of elevators in the building and one was down the entire week. The other was down when we arrived and even though it was repaired within the hour, being down when we arrived caused us to have to carry all of our luggage (a LOT) up the stairs which was not a fun way to start our vacation and honestly made me worry about the type of place we had chosen to spend our week. Once inside the condo itself and after walking the property, our concerns were put to rest. All things considered, this was by far my favorite property of all that I have stayed at in my 30+ years of coming to Panama City Beach. Everyone in our party agreed that when we return, this will be where we stay.

Absolutely Perfect 💗
The unit was absolutely beautiful. There were more amenities than ever expected. The condo was clean and stocked with cleaning supplies. With six adults and two teenagers there was beyond enough space for all of us without tripping over one another. We enjoyed having the doors to the balcony open to watch the boats come and go. Plus we loved the constant breeze. It’s not far from the touristy area but far enough away to have a nice quiet and peaceful time with family. I highly recommend this unit. When we return to this area this will be our place to stay.

Best vacay ever! This condo is very spacious, fully equipped, high end appliances and high end finishes .. 4 bedrooms 4.5 baths ..this condo is by far this best we’ve ever stayed in! Beautiful pool and close to everything.. very friendly staff .. beautiful pier to have a great dinner by the sunset .. The Lands love it!! Can’t wait to go back and we will be back !! 10 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
