Situated in Woodstock, this lovely condo for $234 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This beautiful newly renovated apartment is conveniently located adjacent to historic Tribou Park. It is walking distance to restaurants, shops, galleries as well as many other attractions. Two parking spaces are available. There are two lovely porches for sitting with a gas grill and a salad garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances to entertain a group. The living room comfortably sleeps two on a queen sleeper sofa with a plush 5-inch mattress. A 46-inch Smart flat-screen TV is mounted to be viewed from different angles. A pretty half bath is located off the dining area. The second floor has a full bathroom with a large tile shower and a new separate claw-foot slipper tub. The bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed with new Simmons Comforpedic mattress and box spring. A 20-inch flat-screen TV, as well as a IHome bluetooth wireless docking system with a dual alarm clock, sits on a nine-drawer dresser. There is a large walk-in closet and plenty of finished storage space under the eaves of the building. A washer and a dryer, towels, linens, ironing board and iron are all conveniently located off the bedroom. An air conditioner on each floor keeps this apartment comfortable through an unexpected hot summer and fall.

The kitchen is ample and to the side of the main living space so we never felt crowded or on top of each other while spending all our inside time together. We went to Killington several times to ski during the week, which was about a half hour, easy drive, away. The apartment in on the the main (very beautiful) street of Woodstock. So a walk around the block brings you to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, a river walk, an agricultural museum and a great bookstore. Really a perfect spot, highly recommend!

My husband and I were delighted by our stay at Brenda and Clay's townhome. The house was impeccably maintained and stocked with everything we needed for our three-week vacation. We did a fair amount of cooking and grilling and the kitchen had everything we needed (good knives, cutting boards, serving bowls, etc.). Plus, we very much enjoyed our happy hours on the back patio, which was lined with flowers and Brenda's herb garden. The location itself was perfect, right in town and a short walk to parks and trails for running, hiking and walking. Simply put, we enjoyed our stay tremendously and highly recommend this rental!

We had another peaceful stay at Tribou Park Place. The apartment is in fantastic condition, with a comfortable bed and living room couch, nice hardwood floors, great appliances, and very clean. The claw foot tub is also a really nice perk. Brenda was very communicative and friendly.

We had a terrific vacation in December 2020. The house is right in the center of the beautiful Woodstock. Woodstock is a historical town in Vermont, and it is all covered by Christmas light, which was perfect for our holiday vacation. We could walk around the town, which has sidewalks everywhere. We took a walk around the center every day; it was so beautiful! Plus, the grocery store was 200 yards away from us, so we could walk there as well to pick up everything we needed. Besides staying in one of Vermont's most beautiful towns, the house itself was just as perfect. The house has one bedroom and 2 baths, but it is so spacious! It was perfect for our small family. It was sparkling clean when we arrived, and it had everything we needed. Thus, it was fully supplied with everything we could ever need. So we only needed to grab some food, and enjoy. The house had a hardwood floor, which was perfect for our family with dust allergies. The house was beautifully decorated; we even got the Christmas tree and window candles, which made our vacation even merrier. The house has a cozy backyard, which we used only occasionally, but it is probably perfect for summertime. Kids loved playing in Tribou park, building the ice castle. The parking was right behind the building in front of the garage, and you can access it from Pleasant street. Another advantage of the place was that we were located right between two ski resorts, both with 10 min of drive. We definitely want to come back! Thanks again, Brenda! We could not find a better place for us!

Kid & Dog Friendly
My husband, son, dog and I really enjoyed our stay in Woodstock. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and situated just minutes away (walking) from a swimming hole, restaurants, and grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, etc. The beds were comfortable. And the small green space right outside was convenient for the dog. We would totally recommend this rental to other small families or couples wanting a true Woodstock experience.

Felt Like Home
From the beginning, this went very well. Our first communication with Brenda was answered promptly and we booked right away. The apartment is very nicely appointed and lacks for NOTHING. We couldn't find anything that she hadn't thought of. We were very comfortable there, staying for an entire month. It quickly became home for us. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone and hope to return. The location is prime; walking distance to anything in the village. There is a very pleasant little park right out the door, a great place to people watch and if you should need it, your own personal cannon.

Great location and comfortable space
Woodstock is a great little town. The property is right at the intersection of the main street going into town. Very convenient and walkable to shops, restaurants, and tree lined streets for a run or walk. Being the main way in and out, there was a lot of road traffic which made leaving the windows open a bit loud at times, but no worries. There is no central AC which you typically don't need in Vermont, but during this weeks unusual high heat and storms sometimes made it a bit warm and stuffy. They do have two window AC units which helped tremendously. Great comforts and well-apportioned kitchen. Bed is ridiculously comfortable- I slept like a baby. Clawfoot tub was amazing after a long day on my feet. Would stay again for sure.
