Bon appartement confortable et accueillant

L'accueil des hôtes, la propreté, la taille de la chambre, les petits-déjeuners, bonne situation avec transports en commun à proximité,

La lumière extérieure (réverbère) la nuit donnant fortement dans la chambre.

I'm a happy visitor!

The apartment is situated in nice and pretty quiet part of Buda - from here I could easily explore the western part of town on foot (15 or so minutes to the castle) or cross over to Pest. Or walk a few minutes to Dori station and catch a metro across the river. Hospitality was great, Noémi and Gabor were friendly and welcoming and even supplied me with a hearty breakfast each morning. The apartment itself is beautiful, too; as someone who usually doesn't enjoy hotel beds much, this one was great. My only regret is staying for only three days, because I usually spend all day in town... so I don't really use all of it to its full capacity. Still - I'm super-satisfie, would recommend this to anybody planning to go to Budapest.

There's really nothing to complain about. Everything was great.

modern apartment in a perfect location

1) very clean, modern and bright apartment 2) perfect location close to Buda Castle, Chain bridge, supermarkets (Aldi, Spar), nice restaurants and bakeries 3) very hospitable owners 4) tasty breakfast

1) limited sense of privacy as the owners live next door and spend most of the time in the joint garden in front of the entrance to the apartment 2) lack of flexibility in terms of check-out time (10:30AM is max)

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The apartment is very comfortable. Noemi and her husband live next door and were very hospitable. We really appreciated the daily breakfast which was always different and delicious. I especially appreciated that Noemi accommodated my request for gluten free.

The only minor issue was that the room is quite light at night, because of a street light outside the window. This didn't bother me as I had an eye mask, but my husband found it a bit difficult to sleep

Wonderful and friendly hosts. Noemi and Gabor were always ready to answer any questions or help with any request. The breakfast was filling and prepared freshly each morning. Beautiful garden and nice modern apartment. We felt very much at home.

We will return when visiting Budapest again for sure!

The cleanest and most luxurious apartment we ever visited! So comfy and neat. Also the owners are super nice and helpful with anything. We even got a bottle of wine as an apology for a small inconvenience with insects. The breakfast was so delicious and cute in the little serving table.

We had just a little accident with ants coming to the room after rain. But there was a trap that killed them and it was just a small amount in the hallway only, so we didnt mind much. The owner quickly vacuumed them so no problems :)

Perfection

This apartment exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully designed and extremelely comfortable. Noemiz and her husband could not have been more accomodating. The breakfast every morning was lovely and very well presented. If we return to Budapest we will not hestitate to book again. Location was perfect. We travelled by Lime scooter everywhere, which were parked nearby.

Very comfortable but invasion of privacy and poor breakfast

The house has been refurbished and is very comfortable and very clean apartment with all the amenities we need on a daily basis.

There were some less positive points that made us feel uncomfortable. On the 3rd day we noticed that they entered our apartment without being informed, which is an invasion of our privacy and also our security. On the only day that we stayed in the apartment working remotely, we received a message in the morning asking us to open the windows and the door so that the house could get some air. Being working in the apartment we need our privacy and to be comfortable, even so we open the windows getting the apartment quite cold and with a lot of noise to be able to work. At lunch time, they knocked on the door again asking us to open the windows and the door so that the house could air out, as we had already opened the windows. We've stayed in several apartments on other trips, even because of the issue of being able to work remotely and it was the first time this had happened to us. There was plenty of time to air the apartment after our check-out without having to disturb us. Another point that perhaps needed to be reviewed is the diversity of breakfast. During the 5 days we were served exactly the same breakfast: orange juice, liquid actimel yogurt, a sandwich, coffee, tea and a pastry (it varied between a croissant and a puff pastry). On two of the days we were served a simple croissant, without any butter or sweet stuffing.

Excellent choice of accommodation in Budapest. Very much recommended.

Very kind and attentive owners. Charming apartment was sparkling clean with all the facilities one would need and wonderful breakfast every morning. Thanks Noemi! Enjoyed my stay with such kind hosts. Gabor and Noemi were very experienced and knowledgeable and gave me excellent suggestions for my stay in Budapest and beyond. Spotless, homely & comfy!

What a beautiful little escape from the hustle and bustle! perfectly presented, super clean and our hosts were so welcoming, helpful and kind. we immediately felt at home. the apartment is really well equipped for longer stays too.

if your staying for a short period of time it is quite far from the Jewish quarter, Parliament House etc - all totally accessible by taxi or tram - but if your staying for a short time I’d recommend staying across the river. However we absolutely loved our stay!

the owners are very kind and friendly, the apartment is just fabulous, very clean, very comfortable, everything to the highest quality. they have a small garden were you can have breakfast and drink coffee. They even made us a nice surprise, they saw that it was my wives birthday, so they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. I highly recommend this location.

Super friendly, caring and helpful hosts. The location is excellent, close to public transportation and amazing landmarks, yet in a friendly and quiet area, with a garden.
