it was a very nice experience. definitely coming back when its winter

the apartment is so beautiful, what you see in the picture is what you get. its very big, good for family also. the balcony view is amazing. miss irma the owner is very accommodating and very kind. if you need anything just message her and she will help you. miss loretta the care taker is very nice also, its just that she dont speak english. amazing apartment and amazing staff

the only problem is that the whole building doesnt have an elevator so we are staying on 4th floor and only with the stairs. if you have someone who’s having hard time with stairs then its a little problem. the washroom doesnt have toiletries like shampoo, toothbrush etc. Aircondition in both the room and living room is not getting cold despite putting 16 degrees and setting it on max.

I definitely recommend it

Kind and lovely hostess, quickly helped with any of our problems (add heating and more). We received a bottle of champagne as a gift for the new year, it was insanely pleasant. The apartment is very nice and clean

Very good

The apartment is in a newly built house, the furniture and the electric devices are new, the kitchen is well equipped. The 2 bedrooms are located in different sides of the apartment, this provides good sound isolation (good if you are working or have a kid). The view from the balcony is very nice.

Unfortunately the location is not convenient, it is far away from the city center and the main attractions. There are only small grocery shops, not many restaurants in the area, you have to walk at least 15-20 minutes.The location is on a hill. Overall, we would recommend to stay at this apartment if you have /rent a car and want a nice apartment and don't mind to use the car daily.

Very comfortable apartments with fantastic view. This one bedroom apartment is ideal for two adults and a child. Quiet surroundings, good soundproofing. Cleaning is very good. There is very good water pressure in bathroom. Excellent WF

Really luxury apartments. We loved staying here, it felt like home, and located pretty close to the center, with the awesome view on a biggest church. Definitely exceeded our expectations on comfort and hospitality. We'll enjoy coming back. Thabk you for hosting us. 🤗

A cosy and comfortable apartment

The apartment is wonderful, very cosy and comfortable. Everything necessary is available and the host, Irma, is very friendly and ready to help.

The apartment is situated in the residential area so you should go to the center to get to the bigger shops and restaurants. But that's OK because taxi is pretty cheap in Tbilisi.

Very recommended, good value for the money

Cleaned appartment, peacful and quit place, great view of mountains, equipped kitchen, there are cleaned sheets and towels and comfortable mattress. 5 minutes from city center (costs 5 lari).

Best place in Tblisi

This is the best place I have ever stayed in. Literally, the place feels like home. It was me & my wife and we stayed 4 days. The place is super clean. If I had to say perfectly clean, then this is the place. The view from the balcony is amazing. The lady who owns the place is very supportive and has a great attitude and high level of ethics. We never hesitated to ask her for help. I highly recommend this place to be your first place to stay in Tblisi. I will come back again, soon.
